The way i used to do it was if you bring them on indoors or greenhouse and get them to a good size-so long as you have enough sunlight( 12 hrs or more).cover plants with a black bag or plants in a dark room no light for 5/7 days-then transfer out side the plant will automatically flower in 8/9 weeks depending on flowering times and you won't have to risk waiting till september/October time and losing it to mold/rot.that way you can watch them flower off on the patio .atb dc

Don't plant seeds straight into the ground the young shoots are very likely to get munched by slugs and alike start them of in a greenhouse or whatever till there woody then transplant them to your spot you can put a 5 inch ring of braided copper wire around each one it will help keep the slugs and snails of but I have found once they have gone woody there not so appealing to the critters..your spot needs to get full Sun all day for best results and choose a strain that can cope with the outdoors and don't plant anything until the frosts are gone for the year. You will be looking at a October

Only ever bought them from reputable sources and always kept them in the fridge-would flower off the males separate and store the pollen for a later date.crossed a g13 haze to a blueberry female,then back to exodus cheese x haze male-resulting offspring were banging-stone and hit of the haze with the fruity taste and blue look of the blueberry-nailed the flowering time down to 60 days.always fed for 4 weeks-2 weeks at half strength nutes (20 ml canna a & and 2 week flush.-used to command 220/240 per oz.going rate on a bag of 20 plus they can't get much more than 140 per oz these days lol.

I always wondered if the doggie nutz stuff was over rated and over priced I've never been one to fall for hype but now I know cheers grown widow at 40 pound per packet and widow that cost say 160 per packet- massive difference. Pay cheap you be buying twice in my own experience. Don't get me wrong I stumbled on some real beauty's that didn't cost an arm and leg but that was a long time ago-wouldn't waste the time or effort these days growing the fem shite that's about, if im honest.the best gear Joe blogs off the street will never sample-I don't rate most the stuff even in Holland these days-g

I used to be a ruthless f****r lol-they got their food and plenty of Stella or bow.they got to keep all the hash of the scissors normally around 14/20 grams each on a good day..atb dc

I got two electric trimming machines in the shed-waste of time-few lads in the room on 10 pound per hr lol-flapping everytime the door goes ;)belladonna was a good strain-came across it by accident while ordering seeds and rounding up to a nice round figure-think it cost me 25 notes for a packet of 5 seeds-I payed close to 500 notes for g13 fom doggies nuttz -every strain I had from them was outstanding yeild wise and very consistent. Not for the hobby growers lol.atb dc

Grew one called opium long time ago-50 litre pot of coco and the plant would produce between 200/350 grams dry weight -nothing around today produces numbers like that,used to clean right up lol.atb dc

Tried the Kong lol-malkuth,speed weed,ak 47,blue mystic,super lemon haze,lemon sour diesel, big budda blue, strawberry haze,nl#5 x haze# 5,jack herer,s.a.g.e,ice,so gouda, power plant,hpi,AfghanI #1 to name a few more-she field steel blue doing the rounds up this way of late-as close to the old blue cheese ;)critical mass was a favorite of mine many moons ago.atb dc

Started smoking solid around 12/13 then progressed to the green as it started coming in early 90's,first strains were skunk#1,maple leaf indica,bigbud and widow-towards 2000 came super silver haze and early pearl etc.had a few years mastering bubblegum and the blueberry-on to heavy duty fruity,alaskan ice,misty,belladonna,the church,grapefruit,el nino, master kush, sharks breath, jacky white,rhino and black domina.then g13 armmagedon and ersb (ed rosanhtal super bud) , to name a few-all from regs, must of spent between 5/6 k on seeds over the years.when I quit I gave everything I had out to so
