I'm a carpenter by trade-worked away for years shopfitting then started with BT laying cable and blowing fibre etc-sick of working away so landed a job for a big irish firm doing groundwork,deep drainage ,steel fixing etc-earn half what I used to but I'm in the house by 4:45 pm and get a few perks lol .to me it's not about money-sooner watch my little uns grow up.atb dc

  17. I've tried everything over the years-come home to it all around the runs,last few years I use shavings-6 pound a bale.when it's real cold I give them a warm meal in the evening and a little something warm first thing in the morning before i go to work.atb dc
  18. He enjoys his grub,loves a bit of fish and venison lol.he got last jab next week (vet said now they have a set of 3? News to me)can't wait to get him out and about stockbreaking and bashing around.plenty of socialising with other dogs and travelling in the box etc.atb dc
  19. I picked the smallest pup in the litter,his brothers and sisters are growing well from the pics I've seen of them lee-sire and dam both solid types.he probably make 14" .see how he goes .atb dc

Used to go out with a lad that had a few thousand acres -the only way to get around it all was in a motor...personally never seen dogs run as much gear, toothed or hooved as much as he would put infront of them...It didn't last mind when others just started tipping up and started driving through gates robbing the farms for fuel and anything lying around.shame as we had many a good night on the lamp and days out digging there .closest place to heaven I think i'll ever of got.now it's hotter than a jacket potato lol.atb dc
