  1. Hail stones in June!!!

  2. You can not expect a pup of 11 weeks to hold its self all night. I would recommend a larger crate with a cosy sleeping area and paper the other half. The pup will not intentionally mess it's bed so should use the papered side. A covered hot water bottle can be good to help settle a lonely pup, add with a radio set to a talking channel (my preference is Radio 5 lol) Some toys to chew and help keep occupied too. If the dire rear doesn't clear up once your drop the Bakers, you can ask your vet for a tube of Pro Kolin - it's good gut bacteria to help digestion and hopefully help with the ru
  3. It's long and tedious but have a scan through the lost section on here, on Lurcher Search too and Dog Lost as well. It isn't uncommon for a dog to have been stolen and then dumped. Someone who may not be responsible for the state of the dog could be looking for it. Try not to limit your search to areas either as we have seen dogs missing from Yorkshire show up in Hertfordshire. Law also requires you to report the find to the dog warden, they may also be able to match it to a missing report. If not, you have 2 options - 1, ask the dog warden to collect the dog, it does 7 days in the 'syst
  4. 150 dogs destroyed every week, but plenty being born on here to keep the numbers up!!

  5. Yeah - but we wouldn't get your head in!!!
  6. Guaranteed my ex would of chose her two dogs over me  don't know why they've only got little dicks Are you saying your a big dick??
  7. Has become a Granny :D

  8. Just too many pups being bred :(

  9. Poor marking from the Borzoi. The pup keeps dropping on the return.
  10. It's a common fallacy that poodle crosses don't shed, it's used very often to sell the designer Labradoodles. Saying that, I have a hankering for a Poodle Reportedly the most cleverest dogs after the collie. Soft mouthed and good noses too, a very versatile dog. Would be very interested to see how a first cross would turn out.
  11. You killed the dog, now let it have some flippin peace!!
  12. Sure would be quicker than the hours you spend bitching about him!
  13. Sick of grey :(

  14. Owner of a dog is a civil matter - the police wouldn't be very interested - and very hard to prove. The dogs yours and he's hoping the threat of police will make you give it back. Sad that the ex may have given his dogs away from behind his back, but not your fault or your problem IMO.
  15. I don't think it will be lifted, but I hope for changes. Too many people that would vote against it don't even know what they are voting against, or how their no vote effects their daily life.
  16. I enjoy the shows. Lurcher shows are not as serious as the Borzoi showing, but much more fun to win. With no set standard and such variations around, it's all down to a judges personal preference. Unfortunately working ability can not be measured in a ring. It's also a good opportunity and experience for the dogs.
  17. The honest answer is no , but if he was caught anyway he,d deserve what he got . Because most nationalities have been guilty of atrocities in the past dosn,t EVER make it excusable . p.s my grandad was an old cnt and I wouldn,t put something like that past him .ATB So if everyone is guilty who can take the moral high ground and pass judgement?
  18. Does it even cock its leg yet?? Would be waiting 4/5 years before even thinking about it.
  19. Can't think of any situation that would mean me having to give up on my dogs but.....to play along....I wouldn't sell. Quality of home is more important IMO.
  20. Big storm building - hopefully help with the fires.
