  1. il agree pound for pound the apbt are the gamest you will get.and dont get me wrong i would never like 2 see this dogo/grey being bread.my point was they could take all british quarry no problem if out crossed with grey as was stated they wouldnt cope. But the question is....would the cope night in night out like a proper bred bull x do...i doubt it myself mate...probably suffer more injuries aswell(due to heavy build of the dog). Would be nice to see though just for the novelty factor lol Completely! Unless using the Dogo to add bone, but then I couldn't understand the need for m
  2. Dogo's are a banned breed in the UK, so if you have one it would need to be on the exempt list, and therefore would be neutered. If not - you're breaking the law, and if you breed from it you are breaking the law. (just guessing your location from your flag) And any litters would also be illegal. That said, I can't see the difference than using an American Bulldog. Similar heights and bone. I imagine a heavier set bull cross.
  3. Wish my fella were interested and would give it a go. But then who would wash the dishes, see to the kids, chuck the hoover round.....
  4. Waiting for the date for it's 3rd reading. http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/bills/lbill/2010-2012/0073/lbill_2010-20120073_en_1.htm The DDA is 20 years old now and still a pile of tw@t but no changes due as far as I'm aware.
  5. Life is all about arse. You're either married to an Arse or divorced from an Arse or trying to forget an Arse. You're either working your arse off, sweating your arse off, laughing your arse off, kicking arse, kissing arse, spanking arse, hauling arse, wiping arse, busting arse or trying to get a piece of arse!

  6. Fabulous cheesecake it was too, but pales in your company me dears!! Stella in the water is just a fabulous pic. Wish I could get more of the gang over, love your photos.
  7. Started the pup (now a year old) jumping quite early on, and as he has aged, he jumps higher no problems. But won't jump a wire fence. Stiles, stone, wooden fences, no problem. But even the lowest of wire fences and he pulls up and refuses. Any ideas to over come this please
  8. You could try adding another meal in the day. Also fattier foods, tripe or lamb belly as suggested.
  9. You're thinking makes no sense for me If you think the pup won't make the grade, then pet home him. Very nice little dog, someone would be over the moon to have him.
  10. Even your banging the crate with a paper is giving attention. Negative attention, but still attention. Be prepared for some hard work. Settle the pup as you want it. Maybe leave a chew or toy. Leave the room. Let the whining begin. Walk through the room. Ignore the pup, don't even make eye contact. Fiddle with something in the room, you're there for anything but the pup. Don't talk to it, look at it, acknowledge it. Make yourself busy until pup settles down. Leave the room. Rinse and repeat. You may find yourself in and out the room for a couple of hours, but that time will shorten.
  11. I have always found it the opposite Maybe it's down to the trainer.
  12. Worked for dog rescue for a long time around sight hounds, started in Notts at the Greyhound track. Most rescues are totally anti working your dog in anyway so decided I needed to see first hand to 'see' the argument. Went out with some very conscientious peeps, liked what I saw, so went and did it with them. Now I found a rescue that puts the dog first and I get to do both
  13. Does it matter? The only peeps they are bullsh!tting are themselves.
  14. From very .limited experience the Wheaton is more biddable. My bullx is more headstrong and wants to call the shots, where as the Wheaton will let me call the shots quite happily.

  16. Who gives a f*ck, he had an illegal handgun, he was targeted by a unit that specifically has to be in existance to counter Black on Black shootings in The Community. Choose the lifestyle of a gangster reap the whirlwind. The British Olympic team cant use pistols to practice in the UK so why the f*ck you think anyone gives a sh.t about some gang member is beyond me? The police aint always perfect, yes they shot somone innocent on the tube and though thats regretable they thought they were trying to save lives and I bet the officers concerned are going to have to live with that for the rest
  17. The Independent Police Complaints commission says ballistic test results so far show no evidence that a handgun found at the scene of the fatal police shooting of Mark Duggan had been fired. It says the Forensic Science Service is carrying out further tests to confirm this. And the bullet found embedded in the coppers radio has been shown to be police issue. So who did shoot who?
  18. I often walk the whole gang together, but one on one is important too. Pups need to take their cue from you. The others can be good to show them some of the way, but it should be you that they are looking to.
  19. This isn't a movie trailer, Ironman isn't going to swoop in with his futuristic weaponry. And neither is the Army. This is people of all ethnicities and cultures enacting nothing more than thuggery. A smash and grab mentality. I would bet that many of those involved come from hard working families, from tax paying families. The only circumstance these thieves share is the pack mentality, safety in numbers, survival of the fastest to carry the flat screen.
  20. Why does it have to be down to the women? Many women may be anti hunting but I think you will find that most with running dogs like to see their dogs running!!
  21. Love the bull crosses. They have a tenacity, an extra something to them that is lacking in other crosses. They give 110% in everything they do.
  22. Bunny would weigh as much as the dog!!
