If NATO amassed military in Alaska on Russia's western side and conducted some legitimate excersises Putin would soon realise that his mission was futile. He would have to get a large force right across Russia PDQ to meet the perceived threat or the Russian public would turn on him for negligence. .

The Holocaust is kept in the public's eyes by Jewish propoganda. I agree with Chart's summary of the cause of it, but similar atrocities have been committed against Jews since written records began. The idea of having the traps in those compartments is so they have to pass over the trap on entry. Widening the compartments would allow mice to go around the traps and result in foul captures. I think that the issue of all traps going off won't occur just as it doesn't occur in double trap boxes when mice are caught cleanly. The mouse cushions the impact and in this box the mice will be caught cleanly.. I normally use traps in boxes with baffles to avoid cats and kids being able to reach the traps. In this situation that is unnecessary. -
Putin is playing mind games. All that is needed to sort this out is for NATO to start building up troop numbers in Alaska, just outside Russia's back door. He will soon have the military marching west at a quick step. Trouble is, in Europe they are all in his payroll. The Germans are scared of having the gas cut off and their ex Chancellor is on the pipeline company's board of directors. Their total contribution to the Ukraine military is 5,000 helmets. And America has a lame duck President.

The box came with 8 compartments so I filled it. There are a lot of mice in that building and poison isn't an option. The double mouse trap boxes also cause both traps to go off if one is dry fired. In practise the mouse absorbs the energy so the others aren't activated. This should be the same. As for pinching the idea. My lawyers will be watching you very closely ? -

I admire you professional pest controllers who do rat and mice jobs. I had a go at it but soon dropped the idea after realising that most customers a) don't help themselves and b) expect you to wave a magic wand. I had no intention of visiting properties 60 km away just to empty and re-set a trap so I made it dead easy. I set up trap boxes ready baited and with tie wraps that allowed the customer to set , empty it and re-set it without having to open the box or handle the carcasse. Problem is they never checked the trap between my weekly visits. I would end up with a manky pile of slime inside

Some miliners advertised for mole skins in country sports magazines. They put their advert inside a rectangle that indicated the size of the pelts they required. Winter caught moles fetched a higher price. The pelts were used to make bowler hats. My old mate used to cure the pelts using the mole's cerebal fluid. He posted them off in packs of a dozen to a small company in East London run by a couple of Jewish brothers. A few years ago I did a garden at Civray that had been a safe house run by the Knight's Templars. The walls of the strong room were 5 foot deep. The garden had been changed over the centuries, but much of the original layout could be visualised. I got a hunch that there had been a fence line running right across the garden, but there were none of the usual aids: dandelions and other airborn seeded weeds situated in a line. Anyway, I probed a line 90 degrees across where I thought the fence ought to have been and sure enough the probe dropped into a tunnel. That tunnel was like a polished drain

I once told a customer that when I was putting a duffus in a well flooded tunnel. As soon as the water recedes the mole will go back home. I was right. I think there is a lot of migration going on during the different seasons. I have been doing some gardens for 8 years and see definite patterns of behaviour throughout the year.

I've set traps underwater and had caught moles in them when I checked a few days later. And set traps that became flooded and had moles in them. I reckon the moles migrate uphill when it floods and then return down the same tunnels when it dries out. Best catch to trap ratio was 11 in 6 duffus traps. They were set on a Friday and checked on the Monday. In between there had been a humongous rain storm and the garden was the highest point in that hamlet. By the end of the week those 6 traps had accounted for 19 moles which is more than I caught in that garden over the following three years.

Some of my customers are from education and health care backgrounds. Their stories suggest that the situation is the same. My prdvious neighbours were in the prison service and that was the same. The main concern for managers is being seen to be politically correct, not to improve their services. I am lucky. I was good at the core role in my job and smart enough to dodge those who weren't and out to cause me trouble. Old fashioned coppers like me had no place in the police after Bliar and Blunkett years. Plastic police and all.

All police forces, sorry - services ?haven't been headed by police officers for at least 20 years. Dick is typical of the modern Chief Constable in that she will have ridden the quota requirements that saw female and non-white officers being promoted way beyond their ability. I put my prices up last year to compensate for the rise in fuel prices. I lost no customers, but did get questioned by a Hyacinth Buckett type lady as to why I had the temerity to charge her 14% more. Given that diesel has gone up around double that her cross examination didn't go too deep. I get around 15 to 20 moles a year out of our garden. They usually come in batches of between 3 and 5 over a few days then nothing for weeks. The overwhelming majority are large moles and almost all have an orange patch on their belly.

You should see the middle age men who inhabit our local Lidl. Long greasy hair and unkemp beard, fleece jogging bottoms, a T Shirt they bought at a pop concert in the 70's and is now three sizes too small and Crocs. Their wives are the same except for the beards and Crocs. They wear slippers to shop in. Dirty, lazy barstewards!

Just to add; the high percentage of gay couples that feature in reality tv programs. I know two gay couples, but on tv it is at least 50:50 on every program.
