  1. To be honest unless he puts on several more inches he may end up on the flank esp if he got the stamina, nothing worse than a wiry bugger at 7 nicking and spoiling ball, I'd make sure the eating, rest and training is right and see how it goes for a few seasons.
  2. Oh dear you couldn't of made that one up and kept a straight face !
  3. If Harry does nothing else worthwhile in his life what he has done to help the injured personnel will be more than enough.

Would Real fans care that much ? they play in Spain.
  5. I not really follow football but he seemed to but smart and build a team that complimented each other and played the same way, rather than just spend money on players and throw them together, the more they cost the better and if that doesn't work they buy a few more like all the big clubs do. Football clubs seem to of forgotten how to build a team when they have some money to spend, bring in a foreign manager who's never done a lot apart from being foreign, you never got the impression any of the Leicester players thought they were bigger than the team and stayed humble right to the en
  6. Thats the HMR then. Born hunter sums it up pretty well though i'd add it also a good fox round at a reasonable range.
  7. We used to have a few players that seemed to take that long to get around the pitch as well
  8. I know, this and a thread on skills craft and diy by gruffulo I always look out for, some serious work and talent on both these threads on stuff I can only sit back and admire. Is getting towards the time for my girls ( 8 and 10 and really interested in shooting ) to get a rifle and am seriously thinking about picking up something cheap and tarting it up like this though it won't be anything as good it could be something we do together, of course running it past the Mrs is the hardest part as she wasn't brought up around anything shooting/country related.
  9. Thats bloody inspired to do the knife like that, awesome job.
  10. He could do it, especially if Clinton is running against him.
  11. " So, .177 or .22 ? "
  12. I like the trigger on mine and a mate tried it out who's got a CZ with a trigger kit on it and he prefers my T-bolt, there is a home fix which looks fairly painless to fix the non adjusting adjusting screw that does of course void the warranty plus is a trigger prototype in development from Jard, they made one, testing it and now tinkering with a second. Loving mine, only problem I found is finding the time to get out and shoot it enough.
  13. I'd go with this, we got some managed downs on which we used to shoot on and all sorts of studies go on right from field mice, newts and beetles to how much they can get grass to grow if using light bulbs during the night to give them 24hr light. Seen something similar stacks of trays like that when they were doing a beetle survey, think they leave them like that and after a time collect them up and see what's living in them though could be way off as they always had some silly idea on the go to keep themselves looking busy.

I believe to be cited, the actions must warrant a red card had they been seen by the ref. I will very surprised if he gets cited for the shin shunt, that said, things have a way of catching up with people. TC Yep thats pretty much it, though of course a ref like nigel owens uses a lot more sense than than say that french ref who seems to hate the Irish and Scots with a passion and not like England that much either.

Was nothing, most the ref should of done was a quick word with them both, didn't deserve a penalty even, though no doubt the citing commission will give him a month off because of who he is.
  16. I found it very easy and I'm really not a electronic type, I was a bit scared to fiddle to start with but to be honest I just copied what others have done and it all just plugs together, I did a lot of reading about diy NV on various forums and went from there.
  17. I looked at the next one up, the Wolf but built seen the price and also saw how good some of the home builds were so I built my own, parts were about £110 plus a decent IR torch, the Wolf footage I looked at is pretty much the same as the build I used, In the absence of a fox to look at I spotted a car battery and an electric fencer in a hedge 310 yrds looking into a neighbours field across a valley, unsure how far we can spot through it as my fields aren't that big but shootable range from it with a good IR source so far has been 200yrds no problem.
  18. Nice one, down here the FEO's were told to this time do the renewals by phone and next renewal to visit, made more sense if they split them so visit some this renewal and phone some or on next round of renewals time they going to be either very busy.
  19. Don't know of any saying there are voting in, all I know want out. NFU are for IN for the single reason DEFRA haven't mentioned what will happen in the event of us leaving so they in effect have to go for in to protect livleyhoods, the farming minister is supporting out though. The rest of your is best ignored, reminds me of the ignorant tripe spewed from anti's mouths when they talk of shooting. * edit to add* Farmers are too small a percentage to really worry about which way they will vote though.
  20. Gotta love it when a plan comes together !
  21. They aren't just calling him a prick just for saying bad things about AJ......
  22. Yep go for water for sure, should be pretty easy to make 45 gallon ones, 45 gallons will be about 450 pounds/205 kilo's, but you not need to fill it right up if you not want full weight. Our tractor balast roller after a time will start to leak around the centre bush but it isn't much of a job to re-weld it.
  23. I use a Nikko stirling 6-24x50 and in low light it works well, I looked at a Zeiss and Swaro did like them but as I was going to use an add on NV I went for the Nikko as the cheaper glass supposedly works better with add on NV and I am not disappointed as it is a good scope in any light.
