  1. There dog mate. Not a worry for the wood varients.
  2. Was gonna head up a perm with my lamp this evening... Is it worth it in this weather... It's overcast here in Lincoln. But kinda cold ish... Thoughts before I venture out.
  3. Hold on. Does your mrs know about this?
  4. Is that a cs700 mate? Gonna go the cs route for the pro sport and wondered what you though on the service, finish etc? Probably an 800 though. Nice one.
  5. Nothing better. There so accurate they take the fun out of the expectation of hitting what your aiming at. With other pcp's your over the moon to get that clover leaf group at 45 yards... with the 100 your over the moon when one drops slightly left Enjoy.
  6. Looks like its been through the world wars man. Bang on.
  7. As an edit, I'm sticking with my menace. It's heavy, has a 30mm tube and doesn't go past the loading breech. I meant in the post that it's 'the want' rather than 'need' mate. I don't need one, the menace is more than ok, but just wanted I will look into the sidewinder, or airmax 30... No pun intended. Nice one.
  8. As above. And it takes less energy to get a 22 pellet moving, thus meaning you get more shots from the charge.
  9. The connect is nice, but they're not the best on recoiling rifles... unless someone has one on a springer that can tell me otherwise? Its a good shout actually.
  10. Ha. 1000-1200 to spend and your after a 100. Jesus, with that amount I'd be seriously considering a Steyr LG110 mate. 100's are the dogs bollox man, but they aren't worth that much... Just think what you "could" have for a moment... And try them out. Your budget is very top end, why not make the up most use of it.
  11. I'm might take you up on that my man. Pm me your mobile and we can take it from there. Your in sleaford?! We should get together for a rabbit bashing session in the summer mate
  12. Tar chaps. Have a Menace on it now, previously had a Mamba, which I sold and sold my Prostaff 3-9, even though I wish I didn't... [i didn't get on with the BDQ reticule or whatever its called.] Its fine for now I guess. Cant f'kin see the reticule though in dark conditions, even with a lamp. Probs go for an Airmax. But again, it isn't as short and stumpy as Id like. Thats the catch. Mil dot, short and stumpy, but heavy...
  13. Nice man. Perhaps the last of the rabbits this year with this cold. Might nip out with my lamp tomorrow though... We'll see
  14. Ahhhh. The old 4 x 15... starling bashers they are. Bin there. Think I had one on my old B32, which is now the SMK makers I think. Proper shit, but it made a lasting impression... Clearly.
  15. The 90 is a cracking rifle from the ones I've shot myself. The thing is here, gas ram or spring? The 90's I've shot have been fast, real fast due to the ram. They kinda shock the shooter. Not being one to have shot that many gr rifles. It's all a much of a muchness. You'll only know what feels best. After the rifles you've owned, it's clear you have had the best of them, so it's perhaps a question only you can answer. As a passing thought, consider the 97. You haven't owned one and I would personally recommend them. Get it tuned and cleaned up and my god.
  16. Get a 100 and you won't need anything else if your job is paramount. If you need something to knock down power, be light and accurate, I'd go for the 95 in 22 mate. Mod up front, sound as you like.
  17. Nuff said. Being as no one else knows anything about optics it would seem
  18. Your a pest controller and aren't using a HW100?!?
  19. As an update. I've found the best combination of bits for the PS to be the TbT delrin spring guide (which all arrived today), steel AA top hat and no power washer at all. Proper lubed up, smooth spring ends. At the minute output @10.8-9 ish, got that feeling it could creep up a tad, but not much. Overall, real good parts to the TbT kit, even though I've only used one, still 18 quid well spent. Power washers are so tight on the guide, they won't fit to the bottom. Guide itself couldn't be a better fit for the spring to be honest. Top hat was ok...but felt the steel one kept with the rifles
  20. Evening all. I'm looking for a some new glass for my Pro Sport. I don't need it, but that's not the point anymore. Ideally I'd like it to be short in length, as I load with my left hand, so short for obvious reasons. On the heavy side with a minimum 6 x mag up to whatever, SF if possible and a 30mm tube (got a single piece high 30mm mount already installed) I like the look of the Airmax 30 but I'm unsure about its length, but would like the 900gm weight if poss, hence the Airmax. Maybe a sidewinder but it's a long un'. Reticule mil dot of course, true at 10 x or FFP. Thoughts w
  21. Gonna mix it up a bit here but have a look and go of the Walther LGU. Bang on shot cycle and smoother than a babies arse. Real contender against the HW and AA equivalents.
  22. Alright man. I kinda disagree with the above, 22 can be every bit as accurate and clinical as 177, you just have to know your aim points... 177 is for those that don't like to think about the shot ha. I use 177 myself before any one kicks off, but you know what I mean. Go for the 97. You'll learn so much from it and it'll last longer than you will.
  23. Could anyone pm us over the contact details [mobile] for the Timbum tuning kits please? Nice one.
