I'm guessing you mean an extension. Thought about it to be honest, the only thing I find them good for is being a rear sunshade. Not for me, never really used one on my set ups, but some do for the purpose above, or as an alternative to 'personal' shooting. With this I mean confining yourself to the shot. In hft, I tend to put my hood up, like in the image I have, before getting down to the peg to block out what's going on around me... They possibly do that on a smaller level.

When filling the bottle on the rapid, does everyone give it 10 twists and fire until the pressure drops or do other have different methods? Nice one.

Yes. This one in fact is recoilless... literally. Its been tuned so well, nothing moves apart form the action of course. When I had a few shots, I found it to stay literately still in my hands. I had been shooting my 22 97 mind just before [and still kicked his arse on the course. Pa. 177 SR... nothing.] Its sooooo still in fact, it cant compete in the springer class... its got to go in the pcp class @ comps!

Hi all. A mate of mine has got himself a mint [What seemed...] TX200 SR with a bangin' Paul Wilson stock. Proper nice like. Anyway, last night at the club, it wouldn't cock properly, literally jamming half way through the stroke and we found that the spring had given up. So... Springs for the old school SR... he's asked me if a titan spring would fit or would it need cutting down? Ive got to fix it for him, having had it apart last night, tricky buggers those old SR's, far too much tech. Any help would be much appreciated.

Looks a bit cheap imo. However, I have been one to be judging a book by its cover only to take it all back. Maybe in this case, its not the looks, its what it can do. Love the reflex mod thing going on as a second thought.

Got myself a new rifle in an old 7 in .22 for the new summer rabbitin season. Couldn't wish the winter months away more. I couldn't fault the condition or the seller to be honest. Absolute gems, both of them. Cost a small fortune, but kinda cheap for a good one. As accurate if not a bit more than my 100... And it's nearly 20 years old. Nuff. Said.
