  1. HW97 in either calibre will not let you down.
  2. Because they'll do just the same job...
  3. Think the para's used um too on Bloody Sunday... lot of history to that L1.
  4. Just thought I'd say that a well tuned HW97 in .22 is the fecking bomb lads, yes in .22. Those with such set ups will know this... Mine today. My god. Dunno why but it felt so buttery smooth... like it would hold its own on the HFT course... I know it wouldn't, but just felt like it would If anyone asks "What these are like...? Are these any good...? Are they accurate?" They need a 'premonitional' slap That is all HW97 @ .22 As an edit. I stripped and re polished it all insides the other week and it might just of bedded in for good. Crono'd at 10.8.
  5. Hello all. After a mint Menace as per post title. I have one already on my 97, but want two, another one for my 100 PM me price and images if possible, or send to jamesy@unitedagency.co.uk Thanks in advance.
  6. Why do you keep bumpin'? Shit. Ive just bumped it for ya.
  7. The man himself. Epic shooting Dave.
  8. Tar mr Davy. If only I could be that precise my man I kinda know what you mean, in his footage they just crumble, hence why I thought his setup might be on a ticket for the sheer wallop. I drop rabbits with my 100, the ones that are proper headshots tend to flip, but his don't. It's like a sledgehammer blow. It's the exacts mate. In 22. Sledgehammer X
  9. Jealous. Look after it and always think there's someone that'll chew your fingers off for it if your want to sell it. Keep us informed of your partnership.
  10. Down to earth is how I would describe the man. Bangin shot too.
  11. JSB Jumbos I just found out... Gonna go back to um. In my 177 :-/
  12. Small sample for those who haven't seen pellet impact at its best...
  13. Random question regarding a YouTube film star... MrDAVERATZ. He may even be a HL member... Hello if you are. Anyway, I'm been catching up on some of his rabbit bashing videos on the choob and to be honest, he comes across as rather an epic 'un supported standing' shot. His rabbits drop like bricks and the 60 yards mark. In the descriptions, he sometimes mentions his set up... Logun in 22 and a 177 Gemini... Nothing on a ticket so I've seen, unless the logun is a fac only?... but without one cony doing the flip on impact or even a jump as some do, (I've watched a few videos of his now)
  14. So everything but the look then mate?! As I said
  15. "Nah, try lugging an L1A1 for thirty miles over the moors" Air guns I mean [Thats if your on about the old Falklands basher and not the air soft bollox]
  16. There both the same and you'll see no different in accuracy at all with either... its which you like the look of more
  17. I think villaman swears by um mate so there no doubt half decent.
  18. Sorry. Come to this late. We cant post for sale items unless we donate? Its fine, just as clarification.
  19. Guns should be heavy... Thee truest thing said. Heavy = steady. Not argument.
  20. Your going out at half twelve tonight mac?! Not a cat in hells chance of bagging anything but a cold mate.
  21. Lol. Mate, we're all excited about the R8, otherwise we wouldn't be chatting about it. Cool down. You have a banging set up if it's yours on YouTube. Many of us are saying we want one, we just waiting for the 177 model
  22. She is part of The Hunting Life history And as far as im concerned as good as any hw100 and more than capable of taking pray in any numbers atvbmac  Not all down to the raider but she had a good part in them all When I first joined the hunting life forums I came across these images, and other than being impressed to say the least on the shooters part, now a good cyber buddy in Mac, they put the word pest control into perspective. Other than long range rimfire, shotgun and ferreting, they make the usual 3-4 rabbits bag with an air rifle look amature. This rifle, th
