Indeed mac. We'll have to arrange a shoot man, especially when you get your PS. We'll sit in a hid with a tipple and drop the black stuff for a few hours I will. Actually considering a CS stock having held a 700 at the club.

After spending nearly 2 hours setting up one the of the menaces on the pro sport rail I found I've got some sort of OCD regarding getting the vertical cross hair absolutely vertical on the rail... Almost so perfectly central to the barrel and action it's never spot on. I set it. Look though it, it's right, go away, come back and the fecker has moved, only half a mil, but it's not right again. I know it's not moved, it's how I position myself on the comb, which is a right handed stock by the way so I'll never be perfect. But out comes the spirit level, but then I'm hoping everything under the r

No offence my man, but there are plenty of posts like this on the hunting life, have a butchers at them. At the end of the day, pick um up, shoot them if you can, at the end of the day any of those mentioned will out shoot the shooter all day long, you just have to adapt to the way they like to be held. Hi man. Im a springer fan myself, and owning what I think are the best of the lot, the 97 and the Pro Sport [i know your on about a 200 before hand, but they are similar], I have to say that I think the pro sport is a better rifle if you want to shoot accurately from the beginning... But. and its a big but, the shooting experiences are so different. Im a massive HW fan and having both mine v-mached has made a lot of difference. They're really smooth and bloody accurate. Ive owned them for about 3 years now and wouldn't swop them for anything. Originally the idea was to PX my 97 for ha

This is a fine thread mate. I think the gulf in quality between the 150-200 mark and the next level up, already mentioned, being the 95 or 99 is quite large. If you can get yourself a 99 or 95, you would have yourself a fine starter rifle. Good luck with it all.

The 100 might be an issue, but the custom rapid will be recognisable. Obviously. I don't mean to slap hope in the face, but I'd keep hold of them if I'd of pinched um, knowing that the air gun forums would be on it like a shot. Let the dust settle. This meaning eyes keep sharp for ever. I'll certainly keep my eyes out.
