Buying needs to be looked at as well...............during corvid 19 .....the hostipitals were paying thro the nose for latex gloves...i was buying them from my local hardware shop (same make) for a 10th of the price.........some of the kit the NHS buys they do at totally insane prices...

sweet&sour...........for a change... the instructions tell you you chuckthe contents of the jar in with yer fried stuff andboil...............yuck i fry me stuff up so its mr al dente...add 3 spoonfuls of sweet and sour ..fry so it crackles ..add yer prawns or whatever.. serve.....thatway you can taste everything....its not just a mash up

when i moved one of the boxes from the kitchen went missing...so the chopping board is nor more.. tell you what .....if i stropped one of those saxon knives you made ...i tekon i could shave with it...the blade was thin enough and hard enough to take a shaving edge,, clever bugger you are

just a quickie to-nite ..plain raviolli with a homemade sauce with oinion brined peppers...tomatoe puree (and a bit of water) made a Anglo-Indian Jalfrezi for tomorrow ..its simmmering away in tthe slow cooker...i will turn it off later and let it superate overnight
