  7. there is alot ofdifference twixt stuffed olives and stuffed peppers...i like my peppers stuffed with fragrant mince and rice topped with cheese

  11. slightly Korean belly pork was done in a slow cooker for 4 hours..in vedge stock loads of chili (flaked dry)...pleanty of brown sugar and some dry ginger and soya sauce.........chop up and fold into stir fry......shove into gob the pork was sublime

  13. oxtails ...food of the gods............you try and serve "oxtail",,,to a young person now...they would curl their lip at them..and think you are depraved..

  16. sweet&sour king shrimp withloads of stir fried freash vedge and a little bit of uncle bens sweet&sour sauce jobs a gooden and a few glasses of new zealand white wine..........im off for a lay down now
  17. i prefer the taste of grilled perch to trout....little bit of tabasco sauceand away yer go.........
  18. quick and simple stuff today ...cauli' maccaroni cheese with fried bits of straky bacon and parmasan topping with black pepper and 2 slices of frozen co-op garlic bread in the toaster for 3 mins hit the spot for me today
