the only time i had olive oil is when my mum used to warm it up and put it in my ear when i had ear ache.....and thats all it is good for....bleedin foreign muck

belly pork was done in a slow cooker for 4 hours..in vedge stock loads of chili (flaked dry)...pleanty of brown sugar and some dry ginger and soya sauce.........chop up and fold into stir fry......shove into gob
the pork was sublime
oxtails ...food of the gods............you try and serve "oxtail",,,to a young person now...they would curl their lip at them..and think you are depraved..
sweet&sour king shrimp withloads of stir fried freash vedge and a little bit of uncle bens sweet&sour sauce
jobs a gooden
and a few glasses of new zealand white wine..........im off for a lay down now
quick and simple stuff today ...cauli' maccaroni cheese with fried bits of straky bacon and parmasan topping with black pepper and 2 slices of frozen co-op garlic bread in the toaster for 3 mins
hit the spot for me today
