Ku Ku Wali..........when i lived in the dark continant my ole cook Abdu used to cook this for me at least once/week never ever got tired of it....my tum goes Waheeyyyy..when i have it no herbs or spices at all...very very easy to digest

Tandorri chicken in Da George Foreman Grill chared on the outside moist and tender inside.........im going to get some Hickory sawdust from amazon and mix up a teaspoonful with water....into a paste and smear it onto the grill on the edge away from the meat....to give it that wood smoked BBQ taste...
