  1. my brothers a taxi driver and it costs a few quid everytime somethings been spilt or someone has pissed themselves or been sick in his car lol. He then has to take time off to get the car cleaned which is losing him money, the guy was probably fed up paying costs to clean his motor and wasnt taking the chance of your butchers bags bursting.
  2. Thats a fine looking pup. Just keep bringing her around the ferrets and she'll be sound.
  3. Again good video, could sit and watch her playing all day, shes very cute, best of luck with her.
  4. Nice one, best of luck with them .
  5. Injecting weed killer into whats left of the stem and roots is meant to do it. Never tried it myself.
  6. Nice to see that old pic. What are the poles for ?.
  7. Id try and get a whippet with a touch of collie in it for my next ferreting dog for a change. Around 21 inches would be ideal. i need a quick and obedient dog with a coat for working the coastal areas where their is no cover and even on a good day the wind sand blasts you. Theirs loads of burrows. So the dog has to be sharp and be on them as their bolting or they are gone again. I have a wee 1 yr old beddy whippet just now. Shes a stubborn wee bitch at times. She is doing ok so far considering she doesnt have any dogs to learn from. Takes her job very serious.
  8. Less likely to lose them using ferret locators but i suppose it does happen, always a risk. Guys on here have lost ferrets because they ran into something else other than rabbits. Me personally iv never lost a ferret while ferreting. Nothing wrong with them being pets either it doesnt ruin them .i have 4 absolute pets which dont bite people but all do their job when it comes time. mine also come when called, i just make a squeak or a clicking noise and they come running, doesnt work when their hunting they only come when their done in the burrows.
  9. Very nice wee ferrrets they are .
  10. You'll get away with it this year as their just kits. I would advise to get another cage for them come april next year as they can rough each other up a bit. Iv 4 ferrets and 4 cages. Hobs in a cage each 2 jills in one cage and a spare incase any become sick to keep away from the others.
  11. That is the best piece of taxadermy iv ever saw in my life.

  13. I agree with you tc. that is another level and sheer skill. I wouldnt mind having a look at more of your work rob ☺.
  14. I dont normally care for taxidermy as i think it usually just looks tacky and odd but thats a brilliant piece of work. Best iv ever seen.
  15. Some dirty gits around. Pity the bitch never tore the arse off him and taught him a proper lesson. thieving scumbag. Nice to hear for once they didnt succed.
  16. Aye just get them used to being handled especially the jills if their a wee bit timid. Loads of play with them. Put your finger in their mouths every now and again incase you ever have to check their teeth. wee bits of meat on the palm of your hand and let them feed. when it comes time to work them you'll be able to stick your hand down the burrows without any chance of being bitten. Good luck.
  17. Shes a wee belter. Good luck with her.
