There is no perfect solution, while executing people is a grim task I do hope that it works out for the best for the Philippines.
-
This is sad as those who pay their taxes deserve something in return from the 'authorities' but it is clear, as stated above, you can only count on yourself, your family and your friends.
-
I think that would have been some fight. The sheer will of both would have made it an interesting match to me and I cannot see a clear winner. Golovkin seems a slightly better balanced athlete might just give him an edge but I would never, ever bet against Calzaghe.

News On Scrapping The Fox Ban
Silversnake replied to English Stag's topic in Earthdogs & Working Terriers
Fight hard lads, a slim chance is better than no chance at all and you just never know the ban could be a distant memory that slowly fades away until it is like it never really happened at all... I would take action and rally as many supporters as possible and say NOTHING to those who support the ban other than to boost their confidence that the ban will never be lifted. Ambush them and then protect your rights as fiercely as possible. GOOD LUCK! -
I have read station books and while he is no hardcore dog man he is a supporter and lover of working dogs and deserves credit for that alone as there are A LOT of critics.

Good post Mick...i often think that those that totally disregard Tyson as a fighter werent following his career closely at the time...but judge him on the media bullcrap that came after...Chisora's american opponent that "miss-timed" the count was Malik Scott...the same cheating weasel that took a blatant dive against Wilder...but funny how we've got from Golovkin to Tyson...i remember starting a thread on here last year when Murray fought Golovkin...only a few seemed to of heard of him...now everyones an expert...funny how it goes eh?I am not sure but I think I sang golovkins praises on tha

We will never know how good Tyson could have been if damato lived longer but I believe he would have been even better for much longer if damato hadn't passed away. I still believe Tyson at his best would have beaten any man at their best in a boxing match. You can't facto in how good someone "could" of been for all we know he may have been worse if damato hadn't died and if you judge someone on potential then the greatest boxer of all time judging by potential is probably someone who no one has ever heard of that got injured/killed/went to prison or simply never even went through the ropes you

Any German Wirehaired Pointer Lurchers
Silversnake replied to bolty's topic in Lurchers & Running Dogs
Sounds like a handy dog to have out in the field. Sorry for your loss and I hope you find a good one. Atvb. -
Did you slip the dogs?No Silver never. I enjoy their companyHaha I was only joking.

Did you slip the dogs?

That is some feed! I certainly am impressed with your choice of ingredients. No wonder the missus reminded you of the anniversary she knew you'd cook up something spectacular! Atvb.

I wish I had a dog as loyal to me as bgd is to islam, the only problem is it is the equivalent of my dog being loyal to someone breaking into my house.

GGG is an excellent fighter and I have said before I can't see anybody beating him until he gets old and starts slowing down. I have to say though I think the first signs of him slowing down appeared in this fight, unless of course he was just having a bad night (by his standards). Whatever the case he was a deserved winner against a quality opponent.

That is some crazy juggling skills gaz, atvb to that young lad.

My oldest son is a very keen soccer player and many people who know more than me about the game think if he keeps at it he could go places. He is a very good sprinter and cross country runner in athletics and the mix of speed and endurance seems to suit soccer perfectly. I never played or followed soccer until he started playing, he just has a natural love of the game. I have no expectations and he is only 12 years old but as long as he keeps giving it his best I will do all I can to help keep him improving.
-
Good thing he got sentenced, could have been more but also could have not got sentenced at all. Hopefully this is the start of a tougher stance against this vile trash and others like him.

That is an impressive looking lurcher.

yea there called penguins here Dont the aussies use tim tams like a straw in tea? Yeah b hot tea makes them go soggy and fall apart, cold milk is better
-
I don't know if you get Tim Tam's over there but people go CRAZY for them here, especially women. Whenever I go overseas I give them as gifts and people seem to go silly over them. They are quite nice but don't come close to a good choc chip cookie imo.
-
I am no sweet tooth except for good choc chip cookies, I love pretty much all savoury foods but a favourite is haloumi, a Cypriot cheese that is pan fried or preferably char grilled and squeeze a little lemon after it is cooked. I am addicted.

In fact, their system is very similar to ours. Trump may have a policy on this, that or the other, but it is Congress that introduces, amends and, ultimately, endorses it. The president merely ratifies it with his signature, rather like Her Majesty does here .So, he needs a Republican majority (ideally), and he needs policies that the Republican Congressmen (and women) will support. If he has a Congress majority, he doesn't need to win Democrats over, or rely on them abstaining. His ideal scenario is a Republican majority in both the Congress AND the Senate.......but that scenario has rarely

Haha, what is the charge for vested interest? I hope he cops that one and with a bit of luck outs some of his queer mates too.
-
No surprises there sadly. His pollie mates would have known well before this 'coming out party' in the media. Why is it being made public now?
-
This is all strange to me, I have been charged many times with and without dogs and i have always stood my ground and I have never been touched. I thought that is what you are meant to do, I have never seen anyone run from cows before, meat or dairy. I guess the cows must be more aggressive in the UK. My old boss got charged by elephants in Zimbabwe and was told to stand his ground as running is the worst thing to do, I reckon I would have $hat my pants, I saw the photos and they are HUGE!
