be carful, if a get a mod for a .22lr the mod itself is classed as a firearm...."In this Act, the expression “firearm†means a lethal barrelled weapon of any description from which any shot, bullet or other missile can be discharged and includes —© any accessory to any such weapon designed or adapted to diminish the noise or flash caused by firing the weapon;" (firearms act 1968) so if you caught with a proofed mod, you could be done for possosion of a sc1 firearm without a certficate, then say goodbye to your FAC and good luck to ever getting it back! you wouldnt get don

hw better built but heavy compared to the lightning. both top rifles still

the muppets should be cracking down on the dickheads that miss use them not people that stick to the law. if they did that then these dickheads would thing twice about doing silly things with air rifles. its allways the people that stick to the law that get it in the neck
-
it can only be done at a shop now no matter if its for fac or 12ftlb air rifles. the only way you could get one for air rifle use is a deal with a private seller

-
it will make a big difference mate. more consistant more shots per charge and shoot alot nicer as well. john bokett is the bsa man trust me. his work is great and his silencers are the best ive heard my 30ftlb s10 sounds like a 12ftlb rifle ! blue print is around 75 pound pm me if you want his number

.177 rapid with a better barrel and a little porting will go 40FTlbs remember the saga about this gun on the BBS B Taylor tried three different times and couldnt do it ..AWT done it in a couple of hours..Superb accuracy .Believe the user was on the BBS as ATHEO. you wouldnt get many shots from a 177 at 40ftlb not only that i dont think it would be very accurate as the pellets would be all over the place at that speed
-
annie not worth it soild build, the bolt is super smooth, and the trigger is the best of any rimfire i would say, accuracy is superb, and resale price is high still. you get what you pay for
-
No thinking needed there Jamie, just buy one Put it this way, you've tried the Sako trigger, I have a Sako Quad in which I want to adjust or change that trigger from it's lowest safe setting, questions? What can I say I love being spoilt i mite in the next couple of months have you got the remmy bedded ?
-
I'm denying nothing Could be a gunsmith job alright, have the same question out and about elsewhere, see what it turns up. Think if I got another Jewell unit, a hammer, a really big screwdriver and some weldine gear would... No, ok, alright then. im thinking of a jewell in the future on my centrefire but i will see how it is tuned up 1st the gunsmith will sort it out im sure. ive tryed the sako trigger and it was very very good. my annie hmr trigger is super john and its only single stage but can be adjusted which i have done. less pull and breaks quicker now around 1.5

the 12ftlb is the power fella if you havent got a fac with the rifle on ticket then by law you cant go over that power. as for which rifle most the pcp's on the market are the same accuracy wish the only way some shot better then others is the person shooting it. the best way to find which is the best for you is go to a shop or a gun club round by you and im sure some of the locals will let you shoot there rifles. see which one feels the best for you then that willbe the most accurate for you. also the the trigger helps no end in accuracy i had a springer bas lightning years ago and

dont no about after market triggers for the sako quad but the one on it is cracking so see having that new one on your remmy as spoilt you now take it to a good gun smith and have him polish up the sear's and a good tidy up on it should do the trick
-
i have the style as well in the 16inch barrel. i fitted a brooks trigger kit to it and its shoots sweet 60 yard zero and its just ragged holes you wont go wrong with the cz mate, as for the shotgun get a secondhand beretta a303 soild shotguns and top build
-

i dont think you will find them for sale over here in a shop deker. there imports from the usa you can get them for a £100 on ebay i have one here and for the money there hard to beat. what you thinking of putting it on ? i had it on a hmr and poped crows and woodys off to 150 yards. over that range the optics start to show there not as good as say bushnell elite then. but still ok and for that money you can complain at all. there built well hold zero and have a lage field of view which is alot better then the drain pipe of the bushnell i would sell you my spare one but i need it to go -
if you want to eat them or sell them get the hmr mate the 222 or 223 will smash them up. even if you hit the head i would think with a these rounds it would mark the meat to from the force of it. hmr is the best round i would say for rabbits. or you could get a hornet and then then you could have foxy with that to i would just get the hmr and save for centrefire for fox
-
some rabbits do get over it i think. and others dont

get high mounts then mate that why you no you have some room to get the barrel off. i would still phone a good gunshop to make sure. as rimfire magic or look on sako website just to be sure. the only problem with high mounts are when your face sits on the stock the scope mite be abit high up.
-
this is what a lad off a other site told me mate for you If you use high mounts and a 40mm objective you will probably be OK. then he went on to say he is just in the process of buying a Quad and have bought some Sportsmatch Weaver Adaptors and a set of QD Leupolds from the states for $60 posted. You can then remove and refit the scope with no loss of zero and use whatever scope you want. Adaptors were £22 or so from Michael Tawn. this will be more mate but better as you could use what scope you wanted then
