    Hi all I've made a couple of wines and got the bug so picked up some more bits to help me and one of these was a hydrometer,now I used the tube to help understand using one and thought I had it so took some just made carrot wine,before adding yeast,and popped it in,I got a reading of 1.112,does this seem about right as an average og? I know it depends on the ingredients and such but would like an idea if possible?

    What goes through someone's mind to come up with and carry out this sort of crime,its so personal and invasive I should think it would mentally scar the victims,probably for ever,the punishment for these sort of crimes don't make it worth even considering but they seem to happen all the time,sad world...

    thinks this basically depends on two things,a;whether it's full on pest control or more hobby and 2;how much there is on the land to control/hunt,i personally do more hobby end so take a little at a time,keeping the numbers lower but enough to keep hunting,if you see what i mean,in answer to your question,i don't give a breather,just hunt more or less intense depending on whats on the land,some species ie rat or squirrel id hit hard every time...

    For god's sake its gone on long enough and got so out of hand it's becoming a joke,its about time the truth was told and if you don't like it tough luck,he was smashed up and mugged and left for dead and I know this for a fact as I'm one of the lurchermen that did it,I'm not proud of what I did but times were hard and an easy opportunity presented itself,his account is completely true and all who have questioned and doubted owe him a massive apology,now the truth is out I feel much better and am prepared to take the consequences fully,I sincerely apologise for the trouble my actions have cause

    Good afternoons shooting,looking at those two rifles makes me think the cricket is almost unnecessarily uncomfortable to shoot,I mean the mag and bolt are under your cheek,that could just be a nicely shaped cheek piece? It's the same length more or less as your rapid so a carbine of some sort would be the same,but probably shoulder better? Bet the rapid is accurate out to 60 as well though hey,but each to their own

    My mate has a mk3 shrouded barreled one I'd have it in a heartbeat,like a rapid but I'd say better put together,i suppose like what a rapid would be like if they were made now somehow,regulated as well,300 seems OK as you get a lot of gun (if that's even possible?) For your money...

    I'm trying to get some time up a farm to get the distance out further and I've yet to try jsb's,been using 15/16 grain and doing OK but think I'll go back to 14 now,don't know why just seem to be more confident in them...
