right lads i don't currently have a FAC due to my living accommodation (living in a caravan). i would love to have a rifle for sorting out charlie and some rabbits on the farm. the boss has a few rifles would i be able to apply for a cert and borrow his is can i borrow with out a FAC. cheers ben

on another note would you lads move your trap after catching so theres no scent or just leave it where it is ?

don't worry mate i check the trap 3 times a day. caught one the other day and the boss was straight down he's not to keen on leaving them in there for to long either.

walshie don't worry I'm not going to club it to death the boss has FAC so will get him to come shoot it but he doesn't have the time to sit out waiting for it. cheers for the reply

after many hour of paper punching with my ultra and even more hours of wondering around my permission trying to teach myself to be stealthy. but never working out why all the rabbits spot me a hundred yards of and peigons taking flight as soon as i step out of my front door and landing in trees in the forbidden lands of next door. i finally got my first rabbit. to some of you this sounds trivial but for me a huge achievement. so driving uo the track between sheds dong my night time checks of the chickens i spotted the little bugger sitting out in the field so i jumped out of my truck pro

evening all so the boss has requested i try to trap the fox we have been seeing round site ( 75 hound free range chicken farm) it comes and goes and so far hasn't done to much damage. so i have set out a live fox trap as i can't shoot i don't have a fac yet.my question is this what bait do you guy find works the best obviously i have plenty of dead to use but does fresh or rotting work best ? cheers in advance

so i have just brought my first air rifle and was wondering if it was at all possible to charge it off your standard air compressor? i don't know much and you lads may shoot me down for being completely stupid but was just thought? has it been done or is the a reason why i cant cheers ben

hi all Im fairly new to this and have a small amount of experience in ferreting and a little in shooting and trapping. I currently live around Shrewsbury and would love to get out more currently trying to get and air riffle but if anyone knows people around this area or knows of any work such as beating coming up give me a shout .Im only young compared to some (19) but can drive and keen to get out doing things. so if any one can help give me a shout cheers ben
