problem is a have had a very sweet tooth all my life and it is very hard not to fall back into those bad habits.cutting out chocolate has probably been as hard as someone quitting smoking.have to remember,force myself not to buy any whenever i am in any sort of shop.the weight i have lost though is making a big difference and i do feel a lot better for not lugging around that extra 21lbs of fat.just wondering now what the weight will settle at as my target was 13st originally.when the gym finally opens the weights will get a bit lighter and the reps will increase as lower reps and more weight
