nice looking stock looks very similar to my hw100 ktl.never had a laminate stock before but when i saw it it does look a lot better in my opinion. -

in my head never had pain like that in my life and i do get migraines.woke me up 4am and i was freezing cold and could not stop yawning.throwing up aswell then started to hyperventilate.ambulance crew said nothing was wrong and so did the docters.

for sure they do not take into account the fact you lift as we all know muscle is heavier than fat

he did look "comfortable" lifting that weight but how long can a man of such bulk stay healthy.he is way beyond the limits of the human body allready.

problem is a have had a very sweet tooth all my life and it is very hard not to fall back into those bad habits.cutting out chocolate has probably been as hard as someone quitting smoking.have to remember,force myself not to buy any whenever i am in any sort of shop.the weight i have lost though is making a big difference and i do feel a lot better for not lugging around that extra 21lbs of fat.just wondering now what the weight will settle at as my target was 13st originally.when the gym finally opens the weights will get a bit lighter and the reps will increase as lower reps and more weight

well the mountain has just taken the world dead lift record from our eddie.501kgs beating the old record by 1kg but for such a tall guy that is remarkable.

well after having the ambulance out 2 months ago for the first time in my life things have changed.still no idea what caused that unbelievable pain and according to the doctors i am ok but no reson for it.health checks done and no problems so i have to hope it never happens again.could have been corvid 19 for all i know.diet has now reduced my weight from 14st 7 lbs to 13st as of today and my bmi has come down from 32.6 to 29.2.nothing like a scare to give you the motivation you need to do something.

very easy to say stay at home if you can afford it.what did the gov do to stop this pandemic.feck all.did not stop all people comming back for infected countries in fact they actually flew them back in themselves.you get save the nhs adverts when the gov will not supply ppe.you have immigrants comming in by the boat load with no health checks not even temperature checks to see if they have it.this country is a island and we could have avoided this in a big way if the gov gave a feck about us.they have proved yet again they could not organise a piss up in a brewery.my company did not get the go
