as said allready you are paid to do a job.no different to anyone else who has been working through this shit every day paying their tax to support the people who have not been at work.plus what pay rise have most normal workers got in the past 3 years ?.also the mp,s managed to give themselves thousands more for having to work through these hard times and also got a big hand out for all their expenses.just look at what doris has done lately with the makeover, 200k was it not.

all products are made to a cost and thus are sufficent at what they are made for.why spend more when the returns will be less as they would sell less as their products would be more than other airguns.just my opinion mind.lots of people just see the dollars and would be horrified at spending more than £350-£450 on just a springer.this is proven by all of the tuning kits that are out their that really do not cost that much but the parts are better than the mass produced bits used.bit like back in the day when i went to a car hifi installer and he pointed out how much the speakers cost in my car

never had a .177 springer myself.he did a very good job on my .22 hw95 too.would be interesting to see how good it is compared to a .22.if it is indeed very good then might consider getting a .177 springer.

just got a hills mk5 one myself as you said problems with refills etc.a bit more expensive at £165 but got it from best fittings as they were cheaper than amazon.free postage too.their service was very good and only took less than 2 days to deliver.no problems with this one and have filled the hw100 up to 200 bar.does take a fair bit of effort to get above 150bar but not too difficult.

uttings did a very good job on price and delivered it within 2 days so happy days.wanted one for a while and as i took a shot with my little ktl100 not long back and was curious to find out how close i was to the exact range i decided to finally get one.range estimation by me was 50m and it turns out to be 48.2 yards according to the hawke so not to far off.of course now that i have one and when i finally get to shoot at my local club maybe sometime this year i will be able to check to see how accurate it really is with the range markings outside.
