    so the woman in charge of the firearms on set did in fact have real firearms on set wtf.is this normal for a film production team to have actual live fire weapons on set for whatever f****d up reason and then allowing actors to have access to said weapons.so basically on that set with that person in charge of the weapons you had maybe a fifty/fifty chance you were holding a real gun on set ffs.then if you were handed a real gun there was a chance there was a live round in it because she could not do her job?.what a fecking clusterfuck.

    just wondering how i am better off.fuel has gone up that alone has put bills up by £100,s and food has gone up,council tax is set to rise by up to £400 a year. so in reality my tax on my earnings has to go down by a couple of thousand to counter this.i do not drink so those savings to not affect me,i do not fly so those savings are of no help so how am i better off ?.nice to see the fuel(E5) i use for my car has lept up now that i have no option to use anything else too.just read that 100,s a week are being made homeless due to the increase in the cost of living ffs.

    heard of these scopes through a friend at my club.was impressed enough to buy 2.a 1-6x24 and a 1-8x24 strike eagles i think.glass does seem good and for mini gun on .22lr and for the hendon leaque on my .357 lever action.

    yes .357magnum but with a vortex 1-8x24 i think it is.magnification is set to 6x for this which is pratice for the hendon league.

    so went to the clay ground this morning to find out it was a competition day.first thoughts are bollox but carried on regardless.10 on the first stand,8 on the 2nd stand,8 on the 3rd stand,then comes stand 4 and i f****d it up big time and could not find the 2nd clay 5 only scored.not happy but shit happens so onto the last stand and i reset and got a 10?.so total was 41ex50 with a 5 so not too bad.came 2nd in my group out of 6 so happy days.in the afternoon i went to the rifle club and got the henry out an put up 5 targets and averaged about 95ex100 so not too bad.last card started well with

    anybody else see this.what would be the first thing you would do if given any gun in an situation ?.some how he managed to kill one person and injure another ?.all the usual bullshit about just being an actor and not to blame but i for one would not just take a gun off someone and point it at anything without checking to see if it was clear/unloaded or if loaded make sue it was loaded with blanks ffs.

    cheers for the info but should of said targets need to be at shoulder height for fall of shot into sand(when shooting standing) and no metal is allowed because of ricochets.the range itself has a horse path not 15 yards to the left of it.

    got the ledlenser P7R myself and find it is all i need in a pocket torch.rechargable,variable beam and only 150cm long.bit pricey but i will not need another.

    so this is our setup,really looking for other options .

    at my club we use wooden frames with slots to slide in correx sheets that are the same size as the house for sale signs.then we just use pins to fix targets to them.after other viable options for shooting all types of a4 size targets to sum that are only 6" square that can be put in multiple places onto the correx.i think the size is about 84x1200 if that helps.the others type we use is thick card that is not easy to staple targets to so not as multi purpose.the frames are about 5 and hail feet high that slot int post holes in the ground at 20,25,50 yards.will attach pictures tomorrow with a b
