so now that i have lost the ability to do squats as my arms can not go behind my head i have been doing this for my major leg exercise.so today i had just done my heaviest of my sets when the an instructor came up and said how much weight was that?.i had just done 325kg,s and he said that was really good going and the max he knew of was 400kg,s by some big fella who was a pt.made my day anyway.told him then that this time last year i was doing 425kg,s but with all the breaks with corvid i am a bit down on what i can do.so is this a good weight for an old man or was he just being polite ?
