  1. Yum, one of my faves, never seems to last very long with me though.
  2. Shame the distance, my Jill had her first litter a few weeks back and every one was still born, I would have had these odd ya if they were closer
  3. Where are you based, midlands can be a bit of a drive to Bedford but we go out regular and you could come along see if its for you, if you get on ok and want to make it regular that's also fine with us. Pm me as I don't always have time nor remember to check all my old posts.
  4. Hi pal, I have been wanting to get a few more ready for this season coming and would be interested in them, I come down to rye a fair bit so could potentially collect them next time I am down, what is the size of the hutch so I know what van I would need. Thanks, Rob.
  5. Don't agree, I have a flat rate per linear metre based on a set depth 1m (building control want that as a minimum in my area) and a pro rata rate for anything deeper, that way the client knows what they will be paying, and everything is recorded with b/c so when they get the invoice they can check depths dug (this is normally seen by new clients and existing trust me). This is all based on reasonable access and ground conditions, all set out in my terms of contract. All muck away is priced per cubic metre, all concrete is priced per cubic metre, slabs all priced per square metre, drainage
  6. Too late for me bud, I paid 5 mins after auction ended
  7. I paid mine as soon as auction finished, but it certainly did not give any option of gift or not, it just said it was a donation !
  8. I would firstly like to thank everyone who organised this auction, very well put together, and I won three auctions, totalling over £300, all paid for straight away, many thanks for this, look forward to my days out and the clothes I bought. Lot 5 - stalking £150 Lot 22 - more stalking £130 Lot 64 - army troosers. £27

    Auction

Am bidding on some bits in the auction, when does it end as I can't find anything about it.
  10. Did you not get my email from a few days ago bud, ?
  11. Contrary to popular belief, you don't need to open the rabbit from one end to the other for gutting, a 3" slit is plenty, preferably more towards the front end, two fingers in and remove the paunch so its lose and just out the opening, a quick flick over with the bunny and everything follows the paunch out, one intestinal tract to the anus needs checking and possibly removing. I would never use the squeeze method for gutting, no matter what the circumstance as I have seen many a good rabbit tainted by this method when the paunch breaks, even the most experienced of rabbiters cannot get a 2
  12. If you will spilt I will take the gun I have pm'd you and would be interested in both bottle and gun.
  13. Was one hell of a round stopper for sure, I had groves just edging it, 4 rounds to 3 up till the 8th, froch was better this time, but I was very suprised groves did not come out harder from the start, he was never gonna take a shot like that, what ever round it landed in. Degale..... froch deserves better.
  14. Excellent, I enjoyed that, first couple of rounds a bit slow, but the third onwards, get in there Carl froch
  15. This is gonna be a good one I hope, very very hard to call, if I make it in to put my money down, I reckon it will be going down on groves, my heart, well that wants froch to take it, both are capable, groves has come on leaps and bounds, I ain't sure froch has or is able to do enough, I also think it depends who takes what role on, if groves looses the plot and tries to play frock at fighting, he will get beat, if froch thinks he can box for 12 rounds with groves, he will get beat, I think groves is very very slightly tipping the scales at the mo, but in my heart I hope it is a fight and froc
  16. I also have a jackdaw problem, they steal eggs from my free range birds, daft birds just lay anywhere, its not practical to collect every egg as soon as its laid, so could I argue that meets the general licence ?
  17. Cheers bud, I presume the 9-13 is the length of the legs, how do you find the rifle sits in a prone shooting position ?
  18. Not yet, I see knibbs has them in stock, asking around on here in case some one had one in the cupboard, possible change to a carbine etc.
  19. That's a very good offer, everyone's a winner, would love a deal like that round here in beds
  20. Looking to purchase my first ever bipod, what do I need to be looking for, I want good quality not carp
  21. Desperately need a .22 barrel, also looking for parts or complete guns any condition.
