  1. You must be forgetting the specialist pugilists with their petrol hardened hands
  2. Out of sight, out of mind, probably claim they are well fed pets, and would never try to kill anything, would'nt mind a look at his tart doing the voodoo dance though, the whacked cnut lol
  3. catch yourself on .... lol no need to get all john wayne ...low plains drifter..... why not actually stop and be calm and try having a conversation with them, about all different things, and if things go pear shaped at least you will know you have tried your best to be civil, and they will know your not intimidated by them because like I said your not doing anything wrong! John Wayne be fecked, I'm borderline Clint Eastwood here lol, how would you feel if some money man tosspot talked down to you like that infront of your kids aswell, that would be enough to give me the arsehole, and I don'
  4. Sounds like you've got a new dumping ground for all your rabbit paunches etc, and a few bagfulls of Japanese Knotweed pieces would soon make an effective barrier between you and them in future
  5. so what happens when they don't make the grade? Or do you just pass them onwhat different does it make if it's chipped? Most people put the dogs to sleep if no good. Better than passing them on.I won't be having my dog done until I'm stopped and il get it done on the 21day warning. There ain't many Lurcher/coursing boys that put dogs to sleep.. they always try to sell/swop or leave there rubbish on the field so that why I ask to question Well there's one good reason for having the dogs chipped, if there are tosspots leaving dogs on land because they don't consider them good enough, maybe it
  6. I soon learned how dangerous places like Helvellyn can be, went up one burning hot summers day, then the freezing fog came out of nowhere when we were on the summit, think that was in July, must be a savage place to be on a harsh winters day
  7. Or Countryfile, there's one or two Cupid Stunts on there aswell lol
  8. The downfall of hunting, what do you mean like a ban or something ?He means people posting daft pics to boost there egos with likes, will end up getting hunting banned or even more laws put in place You never know what nonsensical acts, laws or whatever they are going to try to put through, it's the rate at which the countryside is being swallowed up by building sites etc that is catching my attention more than anything else lately, looks like they've allowed them their 5 % of the greenbelt atleast up here in the north east anyway
  9. The downfall of hunting, what do you mean like a ban or something ?
  10. That's interesting to hear mate, I've read that hares can't be reared as they are just too wild, there is a topic on here with a photo of an adult hare sitting side by side with a terrier in the living room watching the telly lol
  11. Cheers Stone Rose, I'd love to get close enough to it for a photo, I saw that one Logan Molly on Gypsy Blood, there is a white one in the Country Mischief book that CD caught with his lurcher years ago. I won't be letting my bitch off her lead where this one is though, would'nt do anything for me seeing this one horizontal
  12. The Butcher in Shields gives everybody a raffle ticket whenever they buy from him, he reckons nobody ever comes to claim their prize, 20 notes worth of meat it is aswell
  13. Alan Mason says the birds fight in october
  14. They are probably a once in a lifetime sighting, that's if you're even lucky enough to see one at all, the one I've just seen is in a quiet area in Northumberland off the beaten track, so I'm hoping to get another look one morning
  15. Have a look in the show section mate, think the horsley show is on 1st of may
  16. I was out walking yesterday, and saw a white (brown) hare, first time I've ever seen one in 25 years of watching hares, and seeing thousands of hares, I wonder how rare they must be, it was a nice thing to see, and the last I saw of it, it was with 2 other hares, as they went through the fence into an area of gorse, I tried to get another look, but no luck, I'll be going back some time soon though at first light, just wish I had a decent camera lol
  17. To me it is lol Apart from the big fellas, don't think the land holds the numbers like it did 20 plus years ago, and good posts toblue, keep them coming squire I am sure you are right about the numbers especially Hares. Since the ban their numbers have declined rapidly. I think there must be something else wrong with them though as they don't seem to be in any kind of condition. Where I now live the hard winter we had a few years ago really gave the hare population a hammering. Going back 30 years ago there was a hare or 2 in every field on the outskirts of Kinmount estate, Scotland. W
  18. They look hardy types Phil, would they be much use for lurcher production ?
  19. I remember seeing that picture in the shooting news about 25 years ago
