  3. enjoy...... sorry i couldn't put up the direct link as embedding was enabled... ATB. Snap.
  4. the .204 is an excellent calibre for long range vermin control, i've seen foxes shot at long range, and crows shot at 512 yards...... the problem is some of the rifles simply will NOT shoot the 40g ammo, as its borderline for the twist, anything below this i've seen it tack drive... 1/4 inch groups in the right hands.... the best powder to get velocity and accuracy is reloader 10, although i don't own the calibre several of my friends do.... the choice of the above 2 rifles if not on a budget i'd go for the ruger....... ATB. Snap.
  5. i see a man in the last pic, standing infront of a tree................ lovely pics.
  6. nice pic mate, i'd just love to get out for a shot and take my mind of my troubles, but it's still pissin down.... nice springer too,

thought it was an excellent programme, breathtaking stuff.. Snap.
  8. 1) the internal volume will be reduced and there pressure will increase, the same if you increase the COl. to the point were its near the rifling.... ie. there is initial resistance until the pressure builds...... forcing the bullet down the barrel... think id you park your car real close to a kerb and try and drive over it.... needs a good rev to get the power up... but if you park back from the kerb and just drive no real effort is required... As you are new to the reloading process, i'd recommend that you stick to quoted bullet col. in your reloading manuals.... 2) n
  9. Best wishes Ian have a good one mate.... Snap.
  10. the biggest improvement you can make is to bed the action and free float the barrel.
  11. When i passed you in the doorway well you took me with a glance, i should've took that last bus home, but i asked you for a dance.... how can you see looking through those tears, don't you know your worth your weight in gold, i can't believe that your alone in here, let me warm your hands againest the cold.... my name is luca, i live on the second floor, i live upstairs from you, guess i think you've seen me before, if you hear something late at night somekind of trouble some kind of fight.........
  12. blowing a gale here mate, about 50 to 60 mph gusts at the minute, rain not taking time to fall...... one day off work and it's another day sitting in looking out... Snap.
  13. cheers mate i'm only after seeing this sorry, i notice the second shot is a little darker.... but not much difference... Snap.
  14. technically you could do it but it depends on what you want, the .260 rem is a very good short action round, and is suited to short action, you could also go for 6.5x55 SE BUT its NOT suited to short action, and you wont get the best from the round as you will only be able to handle the lighter weight ranges and the bullet would have to be seated deep, droping case capacity and also therefore velocity.... i had to read this post a few times i was i wasn't sure what you wanted to achieve.....? WHAT CALIBRE do you actually WANT....? The 6.5x55 likes to be seated long an
  15. yes indeed i saw that after i posted ..... dohhhhhhhhh oh well my only excuse is a hard days work plus i'm shattered...... Snap.
  16. Good on you mate, well done.... hope mother and mini malt are fine.............. Snap.
  17. Mate, i know exactly were your coming from, Some of my closest friends f****d me over real bad, And the friends i only saw once in a blue moon, Were it turns out the real good ones.... i'd personally, let a friend like this wonder off into the sunset.....!!!! alone i'm the kind of person who would do anything for a friend.. And i expect the same in return, but it never did happen, So when times were real tough, they simply didn't wish to know, needless to say they are mates no longer..... i'd tell him to sling his hook.... ATB. Snap.
  18. http://www.bigginhill.co.uk/hush.htm check these out..... Snap.
  19. Silenced shotguns aren't very practical mate.... if its from a shooting perspective, theres no real need for it, they are long cumbersome things... and exoensive.... From a noise point of view, get yourself a good set of ear plug moulded for your own ears, or a good set of defenders..... Snap.
  20. makes me want to hurry the hell up and get that tamron......... lol very nice kay, And indeed they are reds....
