  1. i thought the photo was a bit slow to load, the one with the bee facing the lens is best..... i'm as impatient as you are........
  2. Kay i have to say i think thats one of the best pictures you've taken so far, great colour and detail..... Snap.
  3. anorak The initial cost outlay is fairly high, the upsides is you can shoot a wider range of bullet weights rather than just what your dealer has, accuracy is vastly improved with the right reload, cost saving anywhere between 45 to 70 % depending on where and what you purchase. once you find a relaod thats works for bullet weight powder combo, R&D is over for that bullet so no more testing is required.... my advice is to stick to a few bullet weight and styles, and you don't need to keep testing.... snap.
  4. vit N150 to loads between 33.7 and 37.9g of powder, caution 37.9 is max load. COL. 2.640" Do not worry about distance from the lands when your only learning to reload, get the basics sorted first...... snap.
  5. Have a good one tom............
  6. Don't worry guy's i'm not that depressed, and yes deb's a fresh start would be good lets hope you get it, Its just a few things came to a head today, i was only expecting the odd smart comment to be honest, thanks for the replies, and i'm nearly always a happy chappy.... I know things will sort themselves out, they just cant happen quick enough.... Things will be better after a good sleep............. GROUP HUG.......hehe
  7. Just so pissed of at the minute and feeling a little low, due to pressures at work etc..... It seems nothing is going right this last while, So if you find yourself in this situation then sit back..... turn on the link and closr your eyes.... and hopefully you'll come through the other side smiling........... take it easy folks...........
  8. i shoot game with a semi auto and wouldn't change it for the world, i've also taken it to clays and as long as i only load it with two cartridges then the owner of the clay ground is happy.... in fact he says its a great clay gun he loved it and done a few stands with it himself... If the clay ground or club you shoot with dont allow s/a then you may have no choice but if you shoot on private grounds i'd recommend a s/a in the blink of an eye. snap.
  9. http://www.smartreloader.com/redding-dies-...ton-p-3284.html they are sold out at the minute but you can keep looking to see when they arrive. snap.
  10. Concentricity, the lee dies do the job..... But if you want to have accurate bullets you gotta have the tolerances within the dies.... runout is expeced to double once you seat the bullet, with good quality dies, tolerances are that bit tighter, now i had lee dies, And got good accuracy, but after runout was checked on a concentricity gauge of neck runout, i seated both bullets one with the lee and one with redding, the runout slightly more than doubled with redding and was .007 to .009 with the lee, anything below .04 is classed as good..... you get what you pay for,
  11. You may have hit the nail on the head there ... i didnt think of that option .iv booked the estate agent for tuesday to have a good look around the inside .i think i will then book the bank manager . and yes the seven acres will be very good as it also got a few outbuilding on it and stables (a bit more money to help out ) Glad to be of help mate, now how many acres do i get for that valuable service i provided............ weigh out all your options and see if you can purchase it without to much of a struggle on your pocket.... snap.
  12. lee dies WILL do the job, but i would advise you buy redding, or forrester.........
  13. Go for the cottage, and try and rent out the house you have now to cover the payments of one of the morgages or close to it..... or go to an estate agent and gauge the intrest of sales in the area, and take it from there..... you now the seven acres and cottage would be great,
