I use a hand mincer - takes a bit of work, but it was £2 from a carboot, rather than a 3 figure sum I can't afford. My Dad put a much longer handle on it for me, for extra oomph, and I find it goes through most stuff ok. Agree that mincing after the rabbit has done it's freezer time is easier.

Been snowing all morning, and settling thick now. Walked the dogs first thing, and again about an hour ago - not another person in sight.
