    As Wilf said , the book ,Bury my heart at wounded knee,by Dee Brown , is he definitive book on the subject , I would recommend going on google and listening to the speeches of chief Joseph , the good words speech ,or reading about the Bear creek massacre ,or chief Seattle,s reply to the government offer to buy the land ( in my opinion the greatest , most moving speech ever ), buy a Buffet st Maria album to listen to , The People ,,,were treated atrociously , you cant study the subject without being moved by the genocide that occurred , another stain on mans humanity .

    Its bit unfair bracketing PTSD with ADHD like they were two sides of the same coin , ADHD , is a disorder brought on by the wrong diet , ( too much sugar ,too much processed food ) lack of proper focused exercise , video /computer games , lack of proper sleep and routine , an adjustment in lifestyle corrects the symptoms of ADHD , that some people have this knowledge yet continue to let their kids pop pills speaks volumes .     Some very interesting ideas of what constitutes a grass here , in my very humble opinion , if your a law abiding citizen , then reporting any crimes is not being a grass ,obviously being vindictive ,petty or personal ,is a grey area , but if you live lawfully then you should expect the protection of the legal system .     There are lots of people breeding decent working stock mate ,do some research and take your time ,the working whippet forum has some good knowledgeable lads on it , and there are lots and lots of whippet groups on facebook , There is also a lot of bitchiness and back biting in working whippet circles , so as I,v said , take your time and do plenty of research .

    As an old fashioned traditionalist I,v always found a basic boxing knowledge ( how to punch correctly ) and maybe a bit of the ancient and venerated discipline of But~Kan ~Doo , will usually stand you in good stead in the average bar room disagreement , obviously against more gifted and better trained opponents the hedgehog position followed by a loud and high pitched call for help will come in handy .
