    Yep, IMO opinion all this greatest guitar stuff is bollox anyway because folk sit on two sides of the fence, those who see it as accomplishment, as in the classic playing of a guitar only and those, like me, who see it as great only when its apart of sommat else, as in within a song. 'Ol Django may have been truly gifted, like Malmsteen or Satriani and they may have inspired folk in their millions....     I'd agree with that Aaron, because The Edge is with U2 and not your classic style rock band he does get very much overlooked BUT few players have made such iconic sounds through a guitar, ever..! Doubt that... Well, like 'em or not how many U2 riffs can you think of in the past 20 or so years, or how many would instantly, within a few bars, be instantly recognised as a U2 'hit' and then ask yourself how many have their been...     Unless there was sommat I needed and I couldn't get it on line or anywhere else, i'd never go to the Midland again... IMO, though the dog folk made up the numbers for years and years and were the bread and butter of the event, they (as have the other big shows) pushed us well and truly into the shadows. From a country point of view, unless you've a double barreled surname and are dressed in Harris tweeds they ain't marketing it for you BUT your money will do nicely if your fool enough to go....     Whilst I totally see your point mate, i'm sure they would be well down the list, especially when you look at the bull blood craze...     Scenery's got everything there Jerry.... Fabulous...! Wild animals, tree's and nature, even a little drinking spot for the dogs when their walked off their feet. Them grey bins look a bit tricky for the dogs though, when they are full pelt on a course.... And Fuji thinks he's got it good eh....

    Been hearing quite a bit about this helmet round my end but have yet to meet him. From what I gather he's very good at bullying youngsters and taking any equipment they have for confiscation, mostly when they are not on any land. Surprisingly I have yet to meet him, though I know he's done a few drive-bys in front of my house.

    Yep but if it catches your eye, right off, choose it, pays ya money and get the feck out of the yard, forget the rest and all concentration will/should be on that pup.... Its easy, the more you think about the others, the more doubt could creep in about your own and the choice you made, its natural. The grass isn't always greener....

    Picking pups IMO is all a bit of hit an miss. To be honest if the litter ain't mine and all's even with 'em then I just take the one that catches my eye. When I went to pick my new pup, there was two left to chose from. Fortunately, the one that first caught my eye was one of 'em and couple that with the fact that it was ragging my Mrs leg and stopped when I looked down at it, I was in a win win situation. Though I do recon that even if I had all to choose from, I could have studied and studied them pups, tied myself up in knots an my choice would have been no better for it..! How it turns o
