Panto at the Empire for us next year, our daughter will be 5 then, just right IMO. Could have gotten tickets this year but we want her to understand its all fun and slapstick and no nightmares are to be had with the funny faces and actions.
I still have an early recollection of a panto at the Empire, must have been about 4 and went up on stage with Roy Hudd, had to kiss a girl under the mistletoe, I did it and when everyone clapped I looked round at the audience properly, then bottled it and ran off the stage, traumertised, past my parents, only to be grabbed by the usher, think I had nightma
