i was led to believe that creatine baisically just helps the muscle hold more water so it gives the impression of a bigger muscle, so it dont improve actuall muscle size. not sure how right that that info is. I think that extra water brings other nutrients and helps muscles grow,either way as said it's the most researched supplement so plenty to read up on and make up your own mind.

Be a bit like the Rocky film with Hulk Hogan lol Ali also fought a wrestler of some type and it didn't damage boxing at all,MMA Mayweather would literally be like a fish out of water,no chance he'd even last 1 round whereas boxing it would just be a 1 sided easy win imo. I reckon if they done it,it would be better with hybrid rules,boxing plus limited clinch and high kicks,anything nastier than that and Mayweather's getting humiliated and possibly seriously hurt.

I think it's different for different people. I wouldn't like to be dependent on anyone for my health,least of all a drug dealer. But even if I had 100% faith it was pharmaceutical grade it wouldn't be for me,to each his own though.
