Intermittent fasting (warrior diet for me) and an hour of exercise everyday,and I can't put on weight if I try. It's worth reading the book 'the warrior diet' and/or 'the anti-estrogenic diet' by Hofmekler even if you don't follow either of them.

The Irish have the highest % Neolithic Briton DNA,then the Welsh then Jocks then English. The English have mixed quite heavily with north Germans/Danes,the Irish with whoever washed up,notably North African sailors and pirates,the Welsh mixed with the Roman soldiers of various races and ethnicities and the Jocks mixed with Irish and Scandinavians. None of these people came as immigrants.

Funnily enough a woman down the road has a very aggressive imported bitch that she's bred from a few times,looks the part,but if you look closer it's all fear. I seen it going for another dog a few weeks ago and when the other dog went back for her,her bark went up in pitch an you could see she was stressed and not sure of herself. That's what got me thinking about them.

I've noticed a few old people like that,they don't care. Was an old fella where I used to live I'd quite often see carrying a couple of hares down the busy street he lived on while walking his 2 whippets.

I think it suits some people depending on where they are in their lives. If you haven't got many people for xmas dinner for whatever reason, maybe just the immediate family, then i think it could be good being in a busy country restaurant, for the atmosphere. 90 quid a head seems a typical price but I'd certainly pay it, at least one year to see what its likes. I reckon in a decent pub it'd be sound. After the presents are all done,breakfast's finished and I've peeled the the veg I'm straight off to the pub to escape all the 'atmosphere' round here,until dinner. Wait until y
