What's wrong with taking long range shots??? If the shooter's up to it...the kits up to it and you have the confidence then what's the problem??? And to bang on about wounding prey...there won't be 1 air gunner on here that hasn't wounded prey and has had to take a 2nd kill shot. It's outstanding shooting

A Caution for possession of a Section One Firearm without a certificate. Because it's my first offence and the other circumstances I was offered the caution. I could have refused the caution, but then I'd have wound up with a spell in the big house as the CPS would have prosocuted me through the court. My yound dog hunts well and is showing some signs of marking...just gotta keep him at it. Here he is after a day out on a new permission. We did do a wee bit of mooching but we got the bunnies with the ferrets

If it's only a couple of very small areas, try scraping it with your finger nail and then rub it with a soft cloth with some oil on it. Could save you 100 or so quid
