  1. If it's just for the occasional shot then go for it if it feels right
  2. Beatch...like the rest of em
  3. Condition, scatches, crimped? Pics would help also
  4. Agreed. Why chop and change pellets which will also mean cleaning barrels, re-zero'ing etc? I can't be bothered with the hassle any more and stick with the most accurate in my rifles. It'll drop what i shoot from 5 yards to 50 yards AA Fields have proved over the chrono and on the range to be the best pellet in my rifles with Accupell/Powapell a very close 2nd. I'm currently using Powapell as i'm getting them in .22 for £7.50 a tin at the moment
  5. My Whippet's eyes are green'ish in the white lamp and red (like all eyes) in the red lamp
  6. You''ll get a lot of rifle for that money mate. Weihrauch HW77, , 95, 97 or 98. They're all great rifles and can be tuned later once you get used to shooting it. You'd get a decent 2nd hand rifle for your £300 which leaves you £100 for a scope. Hawke Sport being very good for the money
  7. Either re-blue it just keep it well oiled with Ballistol ;-) No matter the weather i leave whatever rifle i've been out with sitting out over night to dry it completely and bring it nearer to room remperature. Even on a summers night water vapour can condense on the steel when brought into the warmer house ;-)
  8. Haha.....just go through your teams you played again, where you played them, how many draw, extra-time and penalties you went too................dont start ffs!! Don't geez yir pish. I watched the game. As soon as Barca got the ball yous had 9 men behind it ffs. Lennon has learned well off his auld mentor Watty haha
  9. Credit where credit's due. Has to go down as 1 of the best results in that clubs history.......i just hope you lot will finally put to bed the defensive nonsense you all spurted out after Rangers run to the EUFA cup final. Pot...kettle and all that
  10. A mate had 1 and it's nothing more than an average rifle and always will be imho. The trigger is shit though i believe a tuner in Wales does a replacement unit which does improve it. It would do as a beginners rifle but as a serious hunting tool then i would say no. I would always recommend putting your hard earned towards a Weihrauch which will out shoot the Stoeger all day long and will out last it 10 fold. Is it worth 150 quid? Probably and they do sell well apparently but you'll be looking to upgrade pretty soon if you're serious about the sport. You'll be lucky to get 100 quid for it
  11. Was there a few days ago and fished the Tay there for years...beautiful part of the country
  12. Neoprene lined are great for the colder months
  13. Well we did do a 3 in a row before heirarchy f****d it did we not??? :toast:

  16. It's defo a tough 1 to call but i'll go.................... 5-0 Barca and a Messi hat-trick...Mon the Barca..WE ARE THE PEOPLE
  17. I had the collar on the other jill buy another collar then with your muzzle money. I had the collar on the other jill buy another collar then with your muzzle money. Maybe you should read the entire thread mate before commenting
  18. Theres a difference between muzzling a dog, most dog muzzles (basket muzzles, still allow movement of the mouth). With a ferret obviously the muzzle has to be so tight to keep the mouth closed and prevent it from getting it off. You might keep yours in small cages, speak for yourself but alot on here keep ferrets in courts my court is about 14ft by 5ft. My ferrets are kept in a hutch that i made myself which is larger than most i've seen and they're out in the garden every day so they're well looked after. Whether it's a ferret mansion like yours or a more than adequate hutch like min
  19. I have a mk3 locator and 3 collars. I had 2 jills down at 1 point though made the mistake of only putting 1 collar on
  20. So that's it is it??? You have spoken??? Lose a ferret and it will adapt and survive...why? Because it is a wild animal!!!
