  1. I did see on your other thread that someone mentioned that they can't be fixed. Have you tried calling Deben to enquire about getting it fixed?
  2. Buy them all mate and get them on for the boys haha
  3. Ok mate...thanks for clarifying that
  4. I'll be the 1st to apologise for upsetting the harmony of the forum and the members that i criticised. I stuck up for the guy because i only saw nasty cyber bullying and thought it was wrong. I continued to stick up for him because he continually denied being who you all knew he was. My thinknig was "surely this can't be as he'd have to be the dummest f.....g idiot in history to come back on with so many similarities to his previous profile". I didn't completely disbelieve what you guys were saying so i awaited proof and now it seems to have appeared in the form of the dummest f....g i
  5. Is it not suppossed to be vertical filament for our lamps? I scanned ebay for an ultrawhite bulb after buying my lamp as i didn't like the yellow'ish glow but couldn't find any vertical filament bulbs as that's what's in mine
  6. Sounds good mate. Thanks for sharing. Are they horizontal or vertical filament?
  7. Ha mate. It was a joke as i was moaning about the price of the things a while back. Wouldn't sell it for anything. I'll just have to remember to leave my mobile phone, keys, belt, loose change, watch, pocket knife, dog lead and anything else with metal in the car next time i go out with it if i want to work properly
  8. They won't be charging me anything because it won't be going to them. I'll call and ask what could be causing the problem and take it from there I may end up flogging the thing...200 quid anyone haha
  9. Cheers Davy. He's took to it all very well as you know. Just need to keep him at it mate. We'll get back up 1st opportunity
  10. Very kind words PM...many thanks As i'm out in the countryside at every opportunity be it fishing, hunting or just walking the dogs, she is beginning to see what it's all about and now accepts hunting as a sport for the good
  11. Cheers mate. I agree...it's great to read the exploits of others and a couple of pics tops it all off. A lot of the time i can't be bothered as english was never ny strong point. I'll maybe do more in the future
  12. Thanks again guys. It was a great day with all forms of hunting. The only thing a didn't manage was a cast in the river as there was the odd salmon splashing about. I'll get a cast in the spring though for clearing the rabbit problem
  13. I've heard that they can be affected by any metal that's in the vicinity. I thought these things were supposed get better Yeah...be interesting to hear what Deben have to say on it. As i said i'll keep y'all posted
  14. Set a target at say 30 yards from your position and adjust your parallax to 30 yards and all should be clear. Now walk back to 40 yards and have a look through the scope...it should be out of focus so adjust your parallax to 40 yards and all should be clear again. That's basically how it works My parallax is set at 30 yards as that's the range that i try to get to when taking a shot
  15. Ok guys thanks. Seems to be a flaw with them then judging by the replies. I'll give Deben a call to see what can be done and let you all know. Thanks again
  16. I've read over this several times and my understanding is that as long as nobody is interupted, endangered or hurt then you are ok to shoot within the 50 feet limit. You would however have to be on private property and have permission to be there. I think common sense would tell you not to shoot when there's people walking along the road and your pellet cannot leave the boundary of the permission
  17. Good day out mate and a few more to look forward to on there by the sounds of it
  18. She's a bonnie wee bitch mate. What's the mix in the bowl? I can see mince and pasta
  19. Try the AAOC mate. A few of the guys on there have them
  20. Have you got the link? ;-)
  21. Cheers Pete. He's still got a bit to go but at this stage he's doing as asked so i'm pleased with him. Hope you're keeping well mate ;-)
  22. They do seem to be quite rare occasions but they do happen. Could've been a young child. I personally would've strangled the fecker ;-)
