i'd keep an eye on the temp, i let mine burn to hot and and it nearly buggerd it, i thought feck me its hot in here,got a little temp gauge on the flue now

my alcove where the fire stands is about 1'' too shallow so eco fan wont fit but wood burner on its last legs , hopefully see out the winter,when i fit new wood burner i will make sure fan fits aswell even if i have to cut the legs down on the burner
