    get door knocking mate. i live in peterborough and travel to east hull for ferretting. All the land i go on they say they cant get anyone to go at the rabbitts.!!!! try and get some feretting first.

    Got a mamba lite 4x16x44ao? Nothing wrong with it, it's on my rimfire and I want to put a panorama on instead. Had it just over a year.

    It could be it's over powered and are you using pointed pellets? Pointed pellets in an over powered rifle will spiral. Try some dome heads or hollow point pellets.

    Be careful you don't resess too much or the thread from the stud could go through and damage your rifle. If your stock is thick enough then it's not a problem.

    Mine was £125 but I dropped it off and picked it up myself. Was done within a week. Give him a ring though because when I had mine done back in July he was not taking anymore work on from august for a few months.

    JB blue print will turn your rifle into an amazing bit of kit. Worth every penny and a quick turn around as well.

    You may need to shim the scope up. First set it back to half way on the turrets. Then shim the Back up.

    Try wrapping insulation tape round the battery. It smooths out any sharp edges and keeps your battery dry.

    I've bought a 50 and 25 yard long nets but they need the poles setting up ect ect. I have only 5 poles so I guess il need some more. Is there anyone that could set these up for me please. Wiling to pay someone. Thanks, Ian.

    Try a dead rabbit as they come out mate. They should smell it and keep coming.

    You need to make sure it's right for you, if you buy and take it back you can't just swap over. You will need to send your ticket back and have the one you sold back removed,only then once you have a free slot can you go and buy another one. Depending on your police force it could take a month or more to get your ticket back.

    I use 3 to on box. If you listen real carefully all 3 of mine make a slightly different knocking noise so I normally know what ferrets where.

    Sk hp for my 455 as we'll. always on the money every tine. Only problem is getting them round my area. Last lot came from rim fire magic.

    You also need to remember whatever you buy is on your ticket and if you don't get on with what you've brought you can just sell it and buy another. You will need to sell one then send off for a one to one variation and depending on your area could take weeks/months.

    C02 is classed as medical gas mate. Think you will struggle on that one.

    Some of these people wanting shooting permission don't realise that it's far easier to get ferreting permission than shooting permission. A land owner who doesn't know you from Adam is far more likely to let you ferret on his/her land than let someone on with a rifle. Once you've been ferreting and they get to know you and build up a trust then you can lead into shooting permission. That's what I have found anyway. Did some ferreting for a farmer last year and kept in contact now got permission to shoot the land.

    Seems like no one wants to go mate, had the same problem myself. i bet if you put the same post in the airgun section and was asking for someone to shoot with you would have people quing up.!! Best of luck mate.

    Have had a couple of Winchester that have gone crack and also a couple that never went off then after a delay of a second or 2 they've gone off.!!! I'm on SK now by Laupa they are absolutely spot on and more accurate than the winchesters in my rifle anyway. They are just a bit difficult to get hold of round my area
