  1. Ive had both, still got the TXhc and for me it's more accurate than the out of the box. When you strip the two down the TX is better bult than the . I finally fitted a vortec kit to my and polished everything up which then put it in a class of its own. Sold it in the end to fund my S410 fac. But I guess everyone's different.
  2. Not too sure about using the silencer for leverage on a springer. I had one on my and after a while it began to loose accuracy. Took the silencer off and shots were fine, so the conclusion I came too was that after so long the silencer became very slightly deformed. Sold my now in favour for s410 fac.
  3. Just 22lr and fac air gun. Wish I had applied for 17hmr now so will probably put in for a variation in the winter.
  4. It's a defo for me, especially shooting over 70/80 yards. You can shoot at a couple of rabbits and drop one. The one next to it may not even move. Without the mod they would all be gone after the first shot.
  5. Hi there just seen your ad for help wanted. I am an experienced airgun hunter with both fac and non fac air rifles as well as rimfire. My current permission is over at Chatteris with some 3000 acs. If you still require help then I would be more than happy to come Along. Don't mind doing late night/ early morning sessions. 7. My area (cambridgeshire ) insisted on the land owner of my permission to personally vouch for me!! When my came there was no mentor required just as long as the land I shoot and have permission is cleared for firearms shooting. But I guess every force us different.
  8. Hi mate , I bought a puma 22 rimfire a year ago and for shooting rabbits/ vermin you can't go wrong. £299 with scope although I've changed the scope to a mamba lite. Once you've got it set up you will shoot rabbits all day out to 90 yards no problem.
