    IN-LAWS

Mine are great, my missus got on well with my parents too. Our parents knew each other before we got together too so they get on well. Just a shame their daughter is such a grumpy cow
  2. How did you get on? Ive got a racer here this morning on his way back to Scotland from France.
  3. As long as they've not been getting poisoned you'll be ok.

    Pet hates.

It's the same cnuts that tell everyone to keep/feed cats that appear in their gardens looking hungry that moan like feck when someone does it to them.
  5. A lot better than he was but still a little shit. He'll be ok for what I want though as a knockabout mutt to keep me interested in the outdoors and retrieve a few bits for me.

    Pet hates.

None of the pricks put chips or id tags on the bloody things then expect people to be able to work miracles and return the bloody things for them.
  7. It's over a foot now so I'd be worried about the wind catching it flapping around unsupported. Painted the back wall now to brighten it up a bit. Bloody warm in there doing that yesterday.

    Tis wam

I could do with losing a bit of weight but even when I was a little skinny kid I got too hot easily, my mums the same and it's been passed on to my younger kids. My dad could just sit in the sun and go brown but that gene skipped me.

    Tis wam

I finished work early yesterday because it was grim stood in the sun after dinner, ended up helping my mate load a tipper load of big ash logs on the way home and was fecked after that. 31 degrees it said in the car.
  10. Once they're picking food up your sorted. I've reared a couple of pigeons now and finches and once they start eating it's great.
  11. I've always said you need to drop a couple of drontals
  12. Found some free grp sheet pieces so botched it on tonight after work, need to decide what length overhang to give it on the front and trim it off then fix it on properly along the front edge. Nightmare with wonky offcuts and the fence I built it off is pissed too.
  13. Sorry lads it's a kia ceed 13 plate. It's sound in the winter and good on fuel etc but when it's warm I could torch the fecker
  14. A split pipe could possibly be a thing? The pipe could be more pliable when it's warm allowing more of a leak?
  15. Is there any diesel mechanics on here who know much about maf sensors and rough idling problems? Basically my car idles rough when the weather is warm, fine when it's cold and everything points to a maf sensor problem, unplug the sensor and it goes normal. Tried a new sensor and it's worse. It's had the throttle body and egr and loads of other stuff inside cleaned by my mate. When it idles rough there's an exhaust smell in the car, decrease in fuel consumption and sometimes juddery to pull away. Any ideas? Cheers
  16. Nice little walk with the youngest brat. Hopefully she is getting over her fear of dogs now but this flighty little bellend doesn't help things.
  17. I will do yes mate. I've looked on marketplace etc and there's none close at the moment, I might end up using the corrugated plastic instead because it's cheaper but it's fragile too isn't it.
  18. Mesh is on just need to find something for the roof now. The tanalised timber cost me less than 40 quid and the mesh is what I salvaged off the old aviary panels so it's been cheap up to now but I was quoted about 50 quid a sheet for the grp roof sheets which is too much for me.
  19. This years pouter chicks. The dad is an old bird and has caught me plenty of ferals and the mum is decent, regularly dragging racers away from their kit so hopefully they will turn out well.
  20. Sad to say it mate but I agree with you. Used to see reds regularly around the estate at work and out on the moss but there's greys everywhere now like a plague. I've seen them out in the middle of big fields with no trees or hedges around.
  21. Looks quite neat for a sparky there mate, when I was a kid plastering it was my job to go round fixing all stuff like chases etc when a spark had smashed them all over the place.
  22. That looks a lovely spot to change a track ours normally come off in a bloody swamp
  23. The old keeper on here had some home made ones that you just dropped a cartridge in there was no requirement for it to be a blank Same person had lines with fishing hooks on at head height and sharpened sticks in the ground on an angle to waist height in the past and christ knows what else. I heard of someone jumping a ditch into a wood in the dark and landing on the prongs of a pitch fork too.
