  1. How would roadwork benefit a dogs stoppers?
  2. and your point is ? i dont reck the land i dont mess with stock i close gates behind me. i always apolgise if i bump into anyone but if some f****r gives my dog 2 barrels it aint going down well. if you want to go were you shouldnt be there is always going to be a risk but a man who shoots a dog first and trys to reason second aint going to get no sympathy from me If there's no right of way through the field, you don't go in....simple! If you ignore the warning sign and your dog gets shot who've you got to blame? Yourself!!! Obviously the farmer/landowner has had issues with dogs, put
  3. Is it just me who would have to go for a walk round that field?
  4. Whippet greyhound so its mad like the Brittany but at whippet speed.
  5. I've got a dog that's half Brittany and that half is the mental half, never stops.
  6. Not really that much of a problem round here anymore because all the pricks have killed and dumped in gateways most of the hares already so your lucky to find one now. If you aren't going to at least try and get them home somehow then don't bother killing them, you'd be aswell going lure coursing if its just the chase your interested in.
  7. Always liked nature and animals and wanted to be a vet then progressed to wanting to catch them, I got my first ferret 20 years ago and my parents finally gave in when I was 16 and let me get a dog so that was the best 105 quid I ever spent and the rest is history. Rip gnash
  8. They were pairing up before christmas round here and its normally January time?
  9. When its cold mine get full pheasants and rabbits etc as required and when its warmer I give smaller carcasses which they will eat in a day like pigeons, young rabbits or half an adult rabbit. I also give complete when there's nothing dead about and sometimes chicken mince.
  10. I've tried one on my phone and the main problem I found was pressing play without it lighting everything up?
  11. Nice looking dog, I'd of thought it would be smooth coated though being 1/8th beddy?
  12. Not sure about canarys singing at the mo as I've not got a cock canary but my linnets none stop singing.
  13. 6 mile a day is only like 2 half hour walks on a normal lead.
  14. Bin the rope and train it to come when called, always makes me chuckle seeing people walk their dogs on a long rope, its normally huskies though. When my terrier was that age he would play fetch on the park for ages and he was also out ratting which soon got him fit. You can tell when they've had enough which with a terrier is a fecking lot
  15. That would be great thanks mate as long as they don't bite and retrieve to hand
  16. I'd sooner have an ally intimidating me than a rottie.
  17. A blue whippet bitch with papers, cheers
  18. As I'm too fecking lazy to go round knocking on farms I'd like some shit hot permission, 50 rabbit days a must. Also while I'm on I'd like a quickset basket with 4 25 yard nets, 50 x 10z purse nets a mk3m with a couple of collars and a really well trained ferreting dog, must be free coz I spend all my cash on ale and weed, yis gnipper
  19. Get out and knock like the rest of us had to do.
  20. I'll give you 20 quid for it too if you want rid
  21. I agree with socks, Is there a number on the back of it? The mk2 looks the same but I'm sure it didn't work with the mk1? Could be wrong though.
  22. One of my places the ferrets always get the runaround so we tipped in 6 collared up ferrets last time (normally chuck a couple in) and I think its the first time we've emptied it. Got a bit hectic for a while and bolted a couple of rats too which made me a bit hesitant when we started getting a couple of digs but I won't be pissing about with a couple of ferrets in on that ditch again.
