    We done a very similar thing years back with my mates old dog Jet, we took him over Altcar for a last hare. He was about 14 and well past his coursing days. My mate figured the run will either kill him or he would ensure he went after doing what he loved.Well old Jet was slipped and caught the bloody hare on the straight...! We were so gobsmacked, my mate never had the heart to do anymore than take him back home for a good feed... Funny as feck looking back! What a lucky dog lol ......That old bugger deserved it's spec on the couch

    I use looped bands so yes it's doubled and the hex nuts are available at the Wilkos pick and mix or toolstation. They do the job and last longer than flats.

    I've just bought some led spotlights for the house and there's a choice between warm and cool white and I got the warm one which is like a normal bulb colour so they could make these lamps the same with a warm white less chip?

    I avoid other dog walkers wherever possible, I've never had a fighter yet but this collie cross is up for it and i don't want him to start.

    We use 6 of them as sheds for storage and brew at work and they can develop leaks and they do get condensation if they aren't lined/insulated.

    Does anyone know where is still selling the nylon straps for the mk3 collars? All I can find online is the leather type. Cheers

    They still do them, i was looking at them on eBay a couple of days ago because I was telling my missus and kids about them. I'm pretty sure it's the same box my mum bought for us nearly 30 years ago too.

    Reminds me of a lad going for a piss and some evil b*****d shot him in the arse with a gat gun while he was minding his own business. It was better that though than passing cars which were the usual targets.

    We used to have firework fights on the local rec using rockets as missiles and do stupid shit like crazy rockets where you snap the stick off and chuck them and hope they didn't come back at you. I'm surprised nobody got hurt thinking about it now.
