There's a raised piece of ply behind the divide to hopefully avoid condensation. I'm on the look out for a small shed to put in between the galv pens and have the beds inside that.
I watched an episode of the normal island once and the women caught and killed a pig and I'm sure none of them would have considered doing anything like that in real life, surprising what a bit of hunger does.
Anyone else got a dog who stands in its own shit? I'll see the little fecker drop one and by the time I've got the shovel and opened her pen she's stood in at least once. I reckon it does it on purpose so she can jump up and get it on me.
What are the present day dogs he's producing like then? As far as I was aware he's got 2 sorts, broken jacket and tidy and the small smooth bull headed type?
There's a wired off section inside the shed and a door going into the aviary bit. I used it for some pigeons for a while and the hole is where they got in but the board is screwed shut now.
Has anyone used any of this stuff and does it properly retain its insect repellent properties? I'm tempted to buy some as working outdoors round here I get bloody eaten all summer.
Is it bad for the blood sucking little sods everywhere at the moment or just round here? I'm covered in bites from work, walking the dogs and around the garden. There's loads of them and I'm scratting like I've got mange.
