    I wonder why people think it’s acceptable for cats to roam about outside unaccompanied but yet if a dog was to do the same you would get a hefty fine... IMO all cats should be chipped and when found outside (dead or alive) the owner should be prosecuted .

    I have two advanced rigged nets which have caught a lot of rabbits , the mesh has shrunk over time and they are rough to the touch ( but still catch) , the last time I was out with Smithie I used a 50 yrd 4z net from nels0n ... wow.. it was like silk, much better to work with ??

    I have to drag (most days) my youngest lad to ju-jitsu , he fights his heart out when he’s there but my 4 yr old daughter begs to go and fight with the big kids ?

    I used to lamp with a lad who ran a 5/8 3/8 bull grey and a line bred bull grey , by the end of the season both dogs wouldn’t run a rabbit if sat nr a hedge and would run 5yrd or so on a hare before pulling up and watching it skip away.. both dogs caught a lot of rabbits in a season but nearing the end they knew what they could catch.

    I’ve bought sheet in the past but next time it will be band strips , yes on occasions I’ve been hit with handling charges but not every time ?

    I shoot black simple shot latex cut at 22mm straight and use 9.5mm steel with that set up ??
