A bit fat at moment but likes his job. First cross so not a speed merchant. Can keep up with foxes when fit though. Not many rabbits here so always on the sharp end. Stripped out he looks more athletic but the hair can cover a multitude of sins.

Think I read somewhere ( could of been shooting times)that pups were throwing big above 35 pounds or something like that and some were throwing small below that so they decided to have 2 types and split them according to weight. I've a 43 pound springer bitch who is only smaller than a few springer dogs but she would dwarf some of those cocker bitchs.

I bought one last year. Looked at it never set it but then my 4 year old kid found it more exciting than I did . I put it back in the cupboard in my sitting room and never bothered since but if I ever walk into my sitting room and find you are kicking that or the press then you my friend will meet your nemesis with a swift boot to wherever. ?????? I think you already know what you are doing buddy and have it pretty much figured out. Gone are the days when them bait stations were set up with no cameras and just a bag of poison. Whatever had its head stuck in the meal the next day was what the old boys then knew was about but about for a short time. I'd say it's amazing what showed up from time to time but wasn't spoken about. Them old boys did know how to set up what your looking for though and as they got older went easier on the raptors. I bet if you met one now he would fill you in on what way to set up and prefer to watch the photos

You won't get that quality like you've shown from a trail cam. Have a look at the big cat thread on here. All confirmed sightings could be anything from a log to a Great Dane and anything in between except a puma. Any movement would trigger them even a leaf blowing so they would show you if certain species are around so you could return with a high quality camera and get some decent shots. I was watching a family of young buzzards and parents in work during the summer and they did return daily to the same spot for the few weeks I was there unlike some species that you rely on luck that they ju

Depends, I would imagine if you lived in Newcastle or Sunderland and followed them football teams then suicide would be a genuine option. A little bit lower you are in Manchester or even Liverpool or just a bit further north and you have the beauty of Scotland. Disappointing there is a gap in between ???

Over stocking is the biggest problem for causing a mess. I kept about 50 at one stage free ranging around yard and locked in at night. They would come up and sh1t all over the doorstep in morning while getting the sunshine reflecting off the French doors. Attracted rats better than the pied piper which then the rats wouldn't touch the poison because the hen food was nicier. When the rat population got bigger you would notice the extra food going. ? Had 2 brand new huawei go wallop in 2 weeks. Both screens cracked in my pocket and stopped working. I wouldn't mind if I dropped them. Bigger the screen the quicker they will crack.
