Jesus it may be "small" but I wouldn't fancy trying to squeeze that out my japs eye! Top lad points for fishing it out of the bowl after passing it too It didn't make the bowl I have a special jug next to the toilet... You know when ones coming so just finish your business in the jug... The docs like me to collect them for analysis.... Biggest one I've passed naturally was 8mm and it got stuck right at the exit... It's different to yours bob mines a genetic fault and how my body processes cystine yours will most probably be uric acid.. But the key to either is diet.. Your probably over doing the animal protein but I'm not a doctor so don't take what I'm saying as gospel... Hope you feel better soon... A hot water bottle on your belly can help or a hot bath also I find walking around help...painkiller wise I find tramadol the best.

You take from it what you like the presenters are dicks and the information questionable but the fotage is top class ...the high end thermal imaging footage is impressive and being a licence payer I'll be fooked if I'm going to boycott one of the few programs that have something I'm interested in .
