  1. Air arms 4.52 mate. Very accurate with them.
  2. No, I agree. AA are pretty good at sorting little problems but they should spend a bit more time on checking before the guns are delivered. If it makes you feel any better I'm plinking with mine now, sitting in the dining room with a series of targets from 15 yards to 39 yards, nice warm radiator by my legs and a cracking pint of homebrew by my side. About 300 shots so far and keeping an eye out for the rat that appears in the chicken run every now and then. Life's good! You sir are living the dream as far as I'm concerned! You lucky lucky man! I actually just want to caress her walnut curv
  3. Cracking shoot there. Top bits of kit those 100's.
  4. I've always ever owned .22 air rifles since the age of 13 but last month purchased my first .177 Lets just say I'm not rushing or hankering after going back to .22 Just prefer all the characteristics of .177 and when I saw the results on my first vermin I was properly impressed. It would take something very special to tempt me back to .22 Mawders
  5. Yes mate I definitely miss her, can't wait to get her back together and back out in the field! Interesting that yours was squeaking to. I don't have the tools to polish myself and for 500 quid I don't think I should. Hopefully it will come back rectified.
  6. Should be back mid week. Can't wait!
  7. Now that's a gun!!!!! Wicked! Nice one mate.
  8. I read it and didn't know whether to want to eat it or shoot it.... Cool ad dude.
  9. The cocking lever where it meets the alloy block was majorly rubbing on cocking making a really annoying high pitch squeal, just looks like they didn't machine enough off the block and the lever is to tight a fit! Nothing major, it was still shooting 1 hole groups.
  10. Very nice, I think its the best feeling ever when you buy a new air rifle. :-)
  11. Good solid dependable springers them tx200's.
  12. To true mate, I've shot a mates S200 and it was probably far more accurate than my BSA Superten I had. The rifle is amazingly accurate but the only thing that has ever stopped me wanting to own one is I don't like the stock design but that's personal taste. If it had a more AA 410 designed stock it would be pcp heaven for me. Mawders.
  13. To pink or stink you sure they are 44mm panoramas as they only do 40mm or 50mm.
  14. You would have to go 2nd hand for that money to get a scope included as well. Try the above comment or tx200 possibly even a good break barrel like a hw95 or hw80.
  15. Once again they look great and you guys look like your really loving the new toys.
  16. Simply outstanding lads! Bloody brilliant. Enjoy those rifles! Phil
  17. Ha ha, it's sadly gone back to air arms as it developed a small fault. It will be back next week. Nothing to enhance its performance. I guess even the best rifles in the world can have their problems.
  18. Russ get some pictures of the pro sport up mate, its always nice to see some pro sport porn!
  19. I think the only real way to do it on the prosport is to cock the rifle and hold onto that under lever whilst fiddling around in the breach. Not had to clean mine yet so don't know how easy it is to feed the pull through into the breach.
  20. Cracking little gun the 35 and will certainly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable break barrel. Very smooth and consistent probably only let down by the tin of RWS superdome, had I managed a weigh in of the pellets I would stake my mortgage on them being very very varied in weight! Some were tight, some loose, some nearly fell through the barrel! No wonder they are cheap. I still managed a 1 hole group at 30 yards on only one of the target cards, that was painful concentration to get it though, 5 pellets through a hole the size of 2 .177 pellets width. Some groups were like shotgun b
  21. Whack some H&N FTT in there dude many hw's love them.
  22. You lucky mucker! That's what dreams are made of!
