  1. I still love you Without thread hijacking, can I ask the others, is £204 the going yearly rate of membership for a key coded door to a glorified barn? I think I have to face facts. I resent paying others to 'rent' space to do something I used to be able to do myself for free. That's fine, you keep doing what your doing and do it my way, others will have their own ways of enjoying themselves, nobody is wrong. I've just had a cracking time up the 'barn' had some good banter, shot some groups and shared some interesting conversations. Suppose life and hobbies are what you mak
  2. It's what ever floats your boat young miles, some prefer to sit around chatting about guns, others go out and shoot them, socialise and gain good knowledge from others whilst improving their shooting skills. I don't know anyone that would feel a fool getting all that for a few quid. Well apart from you it would seem. Never mind. Sorry about that j j m, lets get back on topic, sure are one of the best rifles ever made are they not? Headshots just seem so easy even at far ranges. ATB Phil.
  3. Very strange my money would have been on the barrel support band! Take your scope out the mounts and take mounts off the rifle then set it all back up, rezero and see how you get on.
  4. Did you get your S200 from the airgun centre mate?
  5. I still think he needs to use the following line from your post as his siggy on this forum, "milegajo you dont kn ow your guns bud"
  6. Although I think he meant the lgv, but still nice to see people throw some syrup his way from time to time.
  7. Yeah j j m you educate him bud. They are only overpriced if you think an smk is a class air rifle though so I can see his confusion. P.s I think he's joined the 'I want one' club following an influx in people talking about how great they are! ;-)
  8. Yeah they really are truly accurate little rifles! Very underrated. Well played.
  9. Get some pics up dude, its always nice to have some gun porn!
  10. Cracking accuracy there mate, its definately worth doing to map your pellet flight. What rifle are you using?
  11. If you ever choose to sell drop me a pm I still miss mine lol! Awesome rifles!
  12. Aye to true timmy, for me I've owned two pcp's last year and both deadly accurate not needing any form of airgun mastery to use but they were lifeless soulless rifles so went back to springer which is where it's at for me, yeah it means I might miss more than I hit but the pleasure when you do hit that target is second to none. That great big smile like the Cheshire Cat beaming across your face when you pull off a cracking shot! Just can't beat it!
  13. Sportsman are good on prices but I think their hw's are grey imports but I could be wrong. Something I heard a while ago but never got to the bottom of.
  14. Awesome vid mate, always wondered about that ballisoil so think I'm tempted into buying some now. Keep up the vids, nice one Phil
  15. Lets just say the mrs is getting sick of seeing it, hearing about it and watching me type on this forum singing its praises! They truly are fantastic! Although mines had to go back to air arms for a minor fault on the cocking lever so should be back shortly, where I will caress its beauty again!
  16. For gods sake don't go for a lgv, the pro sport is far better. I've heard some horror stories from a well known RFD about those rifles. Well played on the head shots, the pro sport really is a fantastic rifle!
  17. Good luck let us know what you settle for.
  18. I think would I would do in your shoes is keep the 100 and look for a cheap 2nd hand tx or 97. Then if you decide springers are not for you, you havnt lost your 100. Some people just can't get the knack of springers as its completely different from any pcp shooting.
  19. Think you'll find that's the other way round mate.
  20. Ok, my biggest suggestion to you is go handle them both and if you can, with a scope attached. Reason for this is they both feel very different and balance completely differently. The tx for me feels more front heavy and I would say its because of the under lever the tx has. The prosport balances more centrally. I've owned both of the latest models of both guns you talk about and for me the most accurate of the two has to be the prosport but in someone else's hands the tx may be more accurate for them. It just depends what fits and feels right for you. Whichever one you go for you won't b
  21. Here are pictures of thedogman199's Pro Sport, uploaded on his behalf. Must say thats one stunning walnut stock on it mate. All the best Mawders
  22. Nice one! The impromptu outings usually work out well.
  23. Nice shooting, that cloud formation looked good as well. Ummmmmm pigeon breast!
  24. I've text him telling to make contact with you, I take it, it's about that lighthunter.
  25. He he I just knew you would get that rifle. I guess you have fallen for brocock in a big way.
