  1. My laptop died to just before crimbo, the insurance are fixing it, do you have home insurance? My mate claimed when his stopped working and they have him a new one! Worth a try.
  2. Nice one Si, Lovely rifles them. The first time I ever watched one of your vids was when you were shooting the prosport. Got me back into springers that vid. You won't know what rifle to come out and play with, you'll be scratching your head trying to decide and before you know it, it will be time to go back to bed. Lol Phil
  3. Nice one Davey! Get that footage up ASAP my airgun addiction needs feeding. ATB Phil
  4. 10ft/lb is more than enough! You won't see any noticeable difference in it compared to 12ft/lb. it's more to do with hitting the right zone on your target. Shot placement rules in airgunning mate.
  5. Agreed, that's what I meant about not being the right rifle for him. I do prefer a bit of weight in a rifle though which is probably why I loved my Superten BBK so much when I was a pcp shooter, and probably why if I did go back to pcp I would buy a HW100.
  6. Probably wasnt the right rifle for him, think he was claiming it was to heavy for him but that's more to do with the noodle arms. I put 30 .22 h&n FTT through a ragged one hole group easily covered by a 5p coming at 30 yards with mine, however mine was tuned but have heard others say that's easily achievable out the box. Think the op should seriously consider the 95.
  7. Agreed moley, miles had a Frankenstein 95 so might be why he encountered problems. Mine was well sweet! Best break barrel I've ever owned or fired. ;-)
  8. Happy new year all! Have a drink for me, I'll be working tonight. See you all in 2013.
  9. Their prices are not that good really from what I've seen on the Internet but they do offer finance which will appeal to many people as let's face it, it's not a cheap sport to get initially set up. I think the free service and warranty is awesome if you live within range of the shop to drop off but can't see it being viable for everyone else as like others have said, it will cost a lot of money in courier charges plus there's then risk your rifle will be lost or damaged in transit which I couldn't bare! Ultimately I don't think I would deal with them based on the fact like I said I
  10. You lucky man ha ha, I'm a one rifle man but it ain't half tempting to buy em all!
  11. What it must be like to have options and decisions to make! The 95 is a cracking rifle and in another league after a tune. Sure she will enjoy it!
  12. Cracking shooting right there. I have shot a .22 s200 on a hunt and must say it was very very accurate.
  13. Nice one pal, you lucky man! I got some shooting gloves lol
  14. I saw this one coming days ago just didn't go public after the last fiasco on the site. A few discreet pm's later..... The rest is history!
  15. The new member who purchased said item is probably another one of his accounts to lure people in to show he 'posts' these items to pretend people, they in turn say how good he was! Hell I reckon there's probably only about 40 of us on THL the rest of the thousands are his fake accounts lol. Merry Xmas everyone!
  16. Couldn't have put it better!
  17. Not lined up properly, as in not quite straight when you look down the scope.
  18. Check all screws such as mount screws, stock screws and arrested pins. Failing that can you try a different scope? If that's fine why not try a barrel clean and see if that helps. Has the barrel taken a hard knock to your knowledge and slightly bent it?
  19. Merry Xmas everyone, the Mawders clan!
