  1. He he that's all very well but I hope you remembered to buy a tin of pellets. ;-)
  2. Sounds like a good day out! Can't wait for the episode, getting withdraw symptoms waiting for another episode.
  3. Go on youtube and look up verminhunterstv and find the episode called 3 step calibration with si pittaway. I think it's that episode where he shows you how to work out your scope height. Hope that helps
  4. Measure from the centre line of the action to the centre line of scope and that will give you scope height.
  5. Ha ha brilliant! One of my mates had one and in the very short time he owned it, caused him no end of trouble! People tend to muck around with them and can change the power settings easily so just stay well clear.
  6. Ohhhh I had a BSA superstar back in the mid to late 90's and still reckon it was my favourite all time rifle! I remember at the time of buying it wanting the gold star but not being able to afford it on a peppercorn pocket money! However that SLR98 looks awesome! If I ever came across a mint 2nd hand one at the right price I would snap it up! Awesome rifles.
  7. Nice one, where did you get those walkie talkies from and how much roughly? One of my perms has little to no signal and those would be awesome for me and me shooting buddy.
  8. You say you havnt used it for a while. Could it be the scope has lost its zero? Might just need a few clicks here or there. Are the scope mounts still tight? Are you using the same pellets still? Was it windy outside when you were shooting? This would alter your point of impact as shooting indoors you don't have wind to contend with. Mawders
  9. In my opinion both silencers are at the pinnacle of quietness, I've owned both and both were whisper quiet in my experience. I think from memory on my S10 the twink was marginally quieter.
  10. You sir are a master of airgun refurbs! Well played mate that's some awesome work right there!
  11. If its mint and without scope I would be happy to pay 400 for it. I sold my mint Superten mk3 walnut stock .22 with a good hawke scope for 500 on here back in may time last year.
  12. 100% agree mate, best stock ever on the supertens was the mk3 stock. Loved mine.
  13. Nice rifle moxy mate, I had the mk3 BBK version with walnut stock and it also had a twink silencer fitted which made the thing bloody quiet, could only hear the hammer inside the gun.
  14. Nice shooting Davey, not the most intelligent creatures watching you pick of their mates and sitting around for their turn! Ha ha
  15. Ha ha didn't even know the good lord made a DDD size! I feel cheated!
  16. I've never been lucky enough to shoot a pro sport but love their looks, I'm a springer man at heart so would never recommend selling it for a s200. Busters right, you would soon wanna buy a prosport again!
  17. Cracking shooting lads, loving the HFT videos Davey it mixes things up on VHTV. Wurz is that prosport .177 or .22, its lurvly!
  18. Excellent buster, seems a good way to judge distances.
  19. Si, It's been to long! Another cracking vid to keep my addiction at bay whilst I await my new rifle. I really thought that was one of the better pcp vids you have done, although would have preferred to have seen your 97 knocking them out the trees! The snow and trees reminded me of your early vids with the prosport. Love every second of that vid mate, truly awesome accurate shooting. Got to agree with others though, it's not the most beautiful rifle ha ha. Phil.
